It's hard to tell how good this microwave will be since we have only used it for 1 week. However, I can comment on two things, which is why I am giving it 4 stars. It appears that when you press the buttons to heat up your food, you really have to press hard to make it work. It definitely IS NOT equipped with an easy touch panel. Also, when you close and open the door it is VERY loud in comparison to my previous microwave. Each time we open and close the door it sounds like you are slamming it. Again, you have to push the door harder than normal to get it to close and to open. Other than that, it certainly does heat up food pronto, but let's see what a few months bring.

we removed the older Whirlpool microwave and this one was easily installed. The other one lasted about 9 years.

This is such a great microwave. It is much sturdier and well built. It has all of the deluxe features that I was looking for.

Had to upgrade to this OTR microwave because the other one I bought wasn’t a zero turn door.

I like the streamline exterior, all the different options, the extra large turntable. It runs quiet. The fan is super powerful with extra speeds. I would recommend it.

This is your typical microwave. Works great, looks great and has a few nice features I expected and one I didn't. The two-setting light is nice for cooking and for a night light. The 4 diff. fan speeds is awesome. It cleans the house out well on high which is like a jet engine and still works great on low, which almost not noticeable even standing right next to it. It also has an autofan option which is awesome. If the area on top of the stove (below the microwave) gets to a certain temperature, the fan automatically comes on! Very nice.

I have always purchase Whirlpool products. This microwave is super quiet & has a new tone to let you know it done, instead of the beeping. Several new settings. Love it!!!!

Purchased this along with matching refrigerator and range. Love the blue clock display and the touchpad controls. Large capacity yet sleek design. Highly recommend this whirlpool line.

We bought this one in replace of our 3 years old Whirlpool, which came with the new house but unfortunately the inside liner came out and steam was going inside the glass. I saw this Microwave into our friends house and looks pretty heavy and nice then ours. We ordered it and very happy to have it, the making of this one is 100 times better than our previous one and very sturdy. Our previous one was a new design without the handle. I My Wife love this one and we are happy to have this.

We love our new Whirlpool over the range microwave. It is very quiet and efficient. ?Would recommend it to anyone.

Works good and looks great. A bit on the noisy side but it seems to work well so far.

Buttons are a bit difficult to understand. Like to use quick minute, but hard to find.

Many microwaveable foods need to be heated or cooked in an 1100 watt microwave, but this is only 1000 watts. Therefore, it hasn’t done a good job with such tasks. Perhaps partly our fault for needing a new microwave immediately, and shopping in a store with only 1000 watt stoves available….but still disappointing. Also, low contrast and small print on control panel means it’s not easy to see or use the functional buttons except in bright light.
