There are 2 major issues with this, First, the audible sound is not adjustable. It is impossible to hear if the timer goes off and we are in a different room. The other issue is minor, the interior lighting is somewhat dim.

It's okay but not great!

The sensing takes a long time so I really don't use it much.

I can often heat up two servings at the same time; 2 bowls or small plates. I find the tone when time is up to be annoying, but my wife likes it. The timer sound is very similar to the tone used when the fan automatically turns on due to heat from the stove. This has led me to miss some timers I had set. I'm kind of surprised that the cooktop light has gone out after less than a year, but it's not too big of a deal. Overall, it gets the job done.

The shelf gives me the option to heat two plates at the same time. There are lots of reheating/defrosting options to choose from. My favorites are the melt/soften butter and additional 30 seconds button. I also like the automatic fan for when I'm cooking on the stove. My only complaint is that it seems to vibrate a little making some slight noise.
