Since getting this one, I have had some concerns with how hard the controls are to operate, and once had the display go blank. was able to get the display back by doing a dumb operation and letting the microwave com;plete the function and "beep" at the end

I took it back to store to receive a replacement one ,,, Was not very happy with staff at store as it took another 2 weeks to receive a replacement one. After buying my 1st one in 2 days It took 2 weeks to recieve a replacement one. With all the labor invouled to replace the above range store would not compensate me in any way for my time an labor to have help installing unit twice.. Not til i called the corperate office an raise heck did i get get compensation for my 2 times of installation
