Called Best Buy and was told to Call Whirlpool. Whirlpool told me that due to the Corona Virus they were not able to send any technician to look at the Microwave. So, had to purchase a small microwave from Amazon. The new Toshiba counter top Microwave has been working since I had to purchase in February. Very disappointed in both Best Buy and Whirlpool. No more appliances from either. And, when this virus is over will someone come and look at the Over the Range Whirlpool Microwave. Or will they say I have had it too long to be in warranty!!!!

It’s nice looking and easy to use. We chose this model as it best matched our stove.

I just bought it a few days ago and it seems to work well. The only thing I’ve noticed right away that I don’t like is that the blue display light is so bright that I can’t read it from across the room. It just looks like a bright blue glowing light. My GE stove has a softer green light and I can read it perfectly. I just wish there was a way to adjust it so I could dim it a bit.

Love the size. Has to be wiped often but I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Overall, I'm pleased with this microwave's cooking/heating performance with the exception of some other features. This is my 5th Whirlpool appliance. I was very pleased with my first four appliances but have a few disappointments with this microwave. 1. The range light under the microwave has a mind of its own / doesn't always work. It generally would take slamming the door for it to work but not always the case. We checked the bulb (in case it was loose connection) and even replaced the bulb itself but the issue persists. After finding some other reviews from those who have had same issue, we're hoping it's not a circuit board issue. Nonetheless, we've just learned to do without the light. 2. The number pad scratches extremely easy and is even showing wear on the buttons we use most often (we've only owned it for 3 months and yes, we did remove the protective plastic film).

The microwave came with a scratched and dented door. I called Geek Squad. They could not just replace a door. They have to send out an entire new microwave. Geek Squad never completed the replacement. I still have a dented and scratched door. The microwave is louder than my 15 yr old one was. It does work well otherwise.

Product has all of the features we need and has performed well.
