Love this microwave so far. I had bought a Samsung three years ago and it had broken down 4 times in three years. This microwave had good reviews. I like the tune it plays when the food is done. I haven’t had a chance to use all the features yet. So far so good.

Really like it but crapped out after two months. Best Buy replaced it quickly though.

I replaced my maytag microwave with this one. This whirlpool just seems like its built so much better. I love the flat gray interior. It doesnt show every little spot like the white does. This model has lots of cooking options that are easy to use.

I'm absolutely loving my sleek new Whirlpool Over-the-Range Microwave. The roomy interior with removeable rack allows for reheating several dishes at a timefor . I highly recommend this model for anyone upgrading or remodeling their kitchen.

Didn't get on the date as scheduled when purchased in June, after waiting for so long, we were disappointed to wait a little longer. Installers were pleasant and efficient. Sales leek was helpful in June. Getting used to using the microwave, operates a bit differently than the GE microwaves I've had since 1984 This questionnaire is ridicules. I don't know if I'd recommend this at this point!!! !

This microwave works very well. And very easy to operate.

We needed a new over the oven microwave, and wanted a Maytag like our last on which lasted 20 plus years. We found out that Maytag was bought by Whirlpool, so that is what we bought, and are glad we did.

Looks good , seems to be put together well. So far the sensor cooking system does not seem very accurate, maybe after time I'll get used to it Installation was straight forward, minimum bracket along the bottom and screws through the upper cabinet. Although rated the same as the old lg, seems to take slighly longer to heat up.

Purchase agent Landon worked us through the process, helped us get the best deal and arranged prompt delivery. The delivery agents did excellent job of instillation and removal of old unit

Works well, with sensor cooking. Control buttons do need a few hours of practice to learn, reading from the one-page instructions sheet. Will buy again. It fits well in place of our old 1.8 BOSCH. TOP Quality machine.

This item bigger than the one can fit in my house. So I end up returning it. Make sure when you buy a product, you do the proper adjustment.

The look of this microwave is nice but it’s larger than the one I had before. It sticks out about an inch further than my other one. The sound to let you know your food is ready is very soft. It’s hard to hear if your more than a few feet away from it. The cooking of the food is good and seems even

After being stood up on a Friday delivery on a day I had taken off from work, and received 2 text messages saying they would be there, they didn't show up. Had to take another day off to get it delivered and installed. Total of 3 1/2 weeks to get delivered and installed.

I like the microwave a lot. Lots of functions. Big interior. Seems to cook really well. My only complaint is a lot of options are buried within each of the individual options. When all you wanna do is reheat something it is not that simple. It definitely takes some getting used to.

Excellent buy got it on sale and is powerful. I have been loyal customer of Kenmore products. To my surprise Kenmore and whirlpool are manufactured by same manufacturer.

We had trouble with the installation instructions and the clips fell into the machine. After reading online about this problem we decided that it was a possible manufacturing flaw, poor instructions, incorrect template and not really our fault. We returned the machine to Bestbuy. They allowed us to return it with full refund and we purchased a similar in-stock microwave they had that day. We wanted similar to match the other new appliances we had purchased. The instructions were not much better with the second machine, but after much studying we were able to do it.

Purchased about two months ago, received it about two weeks ago, so far meets expectations. Seems to be an improvement from the same model manufactured in 2016.

It's been only 5 months and looks like the electronic panel (board) for the underlight is broken already. The light bulb blew off and when I replaced it, now it will NOT TURN OFF with the switch no matter what I do. A little search online turned out this is a common ailment for these microwaves; to my both shock and disappointment. Beautiful microwave aesthetically, horrible quality, even worse cabling. Now we have a brand new microwave with a non-working light. It costs about $300 to repair this board so no thanks. Thanks Best "Bye".

Attractive, HUGE capacity, easy to use, and easy to clean. The interior shelf is very nice to have so that we can do two things at once (extra cooking time required).
