Hoping this will last longer. I bought another whirlpool to make installation simple as this had exact dimensions and bracket as old model. Fan is very quiet.

The materials in the new microwave just seem "thinner" and of lesser quality.

Microwave died within 2 weeks.

It died on me in about 2 weeks. Of course, I wanted to return it to Best Buy but was told I only had 15 days to return it and I called 1 or 2 days after that. I called Whirlpool but customer service person was clueless.
