Definitely a Best Buy: Quiet Whirlpool Microwave

There is an interior light unlike a handful of reviews have indicated. Light over stove is perfect in my opinion unlike another review indicated. BEST ADVICE: Be sure to use the paper template to measure exactly where the bracket should be drilled. Second, glass of course is NOT finger print resistant and stainless steel does show fingerprints a bit. Last, the metal shelf per instructions shouldn't remain in the microwave when in use so I'm still trying to figure out its purpose. I need to read the manual of course to get this answer. Bottom line, excellent product and I would highly recommend its purchase to even my family and friends.

We chose this one because of the great reviews -- and now that we've had it, I can see why it is rated so high. Nice size interior, very solid handle, powerful 4-speed fan, easily readable control panel. You can tell that this is solidly built. Great job, Whirlpool!

Microwave died is 21 months

Kaput. It turns and hums and acts like it's heating but it isn't. This applaince should last more than 21 months.

Over-the-Range Microwave

Matches the rest of my kitchen appliances well. Really missed the light at the bottom while cooking on stove, now it's back!
