Terrible quality for the price

After a year the clock changes on its own to military time. the under unit light burnt out and the heating element is now broken. For a microwave of this caliber and price, a complete and bitter disappointment.

Looking for another brand
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like other reviews on here, the microwave stopped working after 2 years with the "close door" error message. It will not start if it gives you this message when you close the door. Purchased mine in 04/2018 and started experiencing this issue 12/2020. Of course now it's after warranty and you'd have to pay $150-$300 for repair. I've tried contacting Whirlpool directly via their customer service online but no reply/response.

Bad Buy

Did not have the opportunity to return because I did not look at the purchase until after the return period. Will not trust best buy again.
