Works fine but a few functions are not clear to operate. The lock release is not needed- before opening door.

This is my 3rd Whirlpool microwave in less than 2 years (2.2 CU) and whirlpool doesn’t have manufacturer warranty for it. Door switch got broken with food stuck in there. Stay away from Whirlpool microwaves.

Have had this for a short time, but so far really like It. What was best about this purchase was that I needed a 2.0 cubic foot or slightly bigger microwave oven. Lots of nice features for the price. Long time looking and it seems there is many over the range models but not countertop. Best Buy was the only place to get this size in a countertop model. Believe me, I spent a lot of time researching for the size I needed and the best price. The price was very fair considering the price of smaller units from other places. Also, much better price than the over the range models. This saved me since the my other microwave needed replaced. Best Buy came through for me in a pinch.

its been almost a month since we bought it and kinda satisfied with it.. It is sleek, spacious and fit our space perfectly.. i feel it does make more sound than my pevious one which was also a Whirlpool..

I would be glad to review it when ever I use it I’m renovating my kitchen and I haven’t tried it yet. But I purchased a crockpot from you and I contacted you about it and you was supposed to give me a price match on it because sams club offered it cheaper and you agreed that you would match but my account doesn’t show it yet.

I really like this new microwave. It is BIG. I'm a little concerned about the the locked door though, what if I am not able to open the door because the lock doesn't work?

Excellent microwave. Presets work as documented. We have microwave installed in kitchen island. Purchased the 27” trim kit. Looks great.

looks great with other appliances. My old one had a red light instead of the cool blue, looked awful!

The best microwave I’ve had my GE profile which cost me over 400 bucks only lasted about three years. Can’t buy a lightbulb for the GE. I got rid of it that’s it.

this is the third Microwave in three years, same model, they last about 1 yr 2 months. Only reason I had to buy the same make and model is that it is the only one that fits the opening on the cabinets. after just over a year all three have failed, warranty is a year so $400.00 each time

Good microwave, blends with other appliances. Would have given a 4-rating, but panel buttons covering does not appear to be durable and prone to fingerprint impressions.
