    The best microwave I’ve had my GE profile which cost me over 400 bucks only lasted about three years. Can’t buy a lightbulb for the GE. I got rid of it that’s it.

    It is a crap. Bought the microwave. Could not get it fixed in two weeks because handy man not available. The microwave door frozen after using two days. Mean time best buy return policy is ended. Unable to create ti ket with manufacturer because there is no way for me to find the serial number because door got frozen.

    Absolute garbage. I went through 4 units. 2 units because of a faulty door and 2 units due to cosmetic damage upon opening the box. The quality of this microwave is not worth it. Look elsewhere.

    This was the worst microwave I've ever bought. And luckily, I bought it about 4 days ago. I will be returning it because the door latches are frozen in the open position. There is no possible way for me to close the microwave door. This 2-step unlocking feature was the most unnecessary engineering I've ever seen. For those of us without children or a need for "two-step authentication" to get to our food, all you're doing is inconveniencing customers.
