Bought this microwave and had it installed with my other appliances. I did not know at the time I bought it that the display was “amber” color. So I returned it and bought the same one but the display is “white”.

We had this microwave and it lasted 18 months. We ordered a replacement because we had the trim kit and didn’t want to have to replace that too. It was dented when it arrived, ordered a replacement and that was completely smashed in. We had to go with a different microwave, which is probably a blessing in disguise. Don’t buy this if you expect it to have a decent lifespan. The universe probably saved us buying a new one in another 18 months.

Works as it should my old one had a blue digital screen this one is orange not a big deal. Does make a weird noise when running

If I had known that this unit did not have a fan installed in the oven, I would not have purchased it. But because your appliance department did not have one on display, I couldn't tell, and your sales people did not release that information.

I took it out of the box, pressed the door open button, it made a snapping sound and the door was instantly broken and wouldn't open. I then read other reviews on this product where people at least had it last 6 months before this happened. Also, it's styled nothing like my other Kitchenaid appliances. No reason to spend this much on a junky product.

I just replaced my ageing microwave with this KitchenAid model. I like the fact that it has lots of features without being overly complicated. Setting cook times is especially easy. I also like that it looks great in my recently renovated kitchen.

I was looking for a new built in microwave for my kitchen to replaced the old one in my home. The model purchased was perfect. It looks modern and works great.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Microwave suddenly quit working after 4 months of use in our brand new house. This has been a nightmare. Spent forever on the phone with the geek squad I paid extra for just to be told I needed to go through Whirlpool. So then I got to spend another hour getting ahold of them. They are sending a new microwave but told me to expect 1-2 months for a company to then reach out to me to schedule delivery which I’m sure will also take time…It has been extremely frustrating and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

I replaced my 5+ year old microwave with this one. Surprisingly, there were no added features. The old one had a few rusting spots on the inside. The material looks the same as the old one and I will need to maintain it to avoid rusting.

Took it home, installed in a cabinet and power worked but not heat!!! Total tech support is a joke! Had to remove it, bring it back for refund and order another…..Original unit, installed by builder, died after 4 years

Looks wonderful. A bit tricky to install with the trim kit but we were successful. Loving it.

Ordered it to replace old microwave, looks as expected, always like the Kitchen Aide products

This is not the kitchen aid product i was expecting. I thought i was replacing a kitchen aid microwave that i owned with the same quality product but this is a whirlpool product that has nothing on the package to indicate that it is a kitchen aid. Even the owners manual is Whirlpool. The web site is not accurate. Disappointing for me as i purchased on line.
