My last microwave which was ame model died after 2 years.. I had to buy the exact same size so Ihope the last one was a fluke. I'm waiting to see how long this one lasts before I give a better review.

For the price, I think that this microwave is a decent deal. It does not have some of the features that my old one had, but I think that I can live without them. The one that I miss the most is the Express Cook function. This is where I could press the two, and the microwave would start for two minutes. With this microwave, you have to press a lot more buttons to get that same thing to happen. The other thing that I will mention is the button feel. At times, it can be hard to get the microwave to recognize you are pressing on things. I am not sure it is the microwave or my larger finger tips, but I am having to adjust my method for pressing them.

We bought this to replace a Kitchen Aid microwave that had continuous problems. The Whirlpool appears to be very similar in appearance and functions well. The unit looks good in the kitchen because it is built-in and fits flush with our cabinetry. The stainless steel, fingerprint resistant finish is very handy and easy to clean. We wish closing the door was a little quieter, but overall, we are pleased with it.

I was really wanting another Whirlpool microwave because the previous one went out after only 4 years. But this one is Very quiet, very powerful

Good reliable product. Easy to operate. But it make a lot of noise when it’s running. I use it to replace an old GE unit.

The product seems to be working properly but it was damaged when it was delivered. Dents and scratches were on the left side of the microwave, one of which was almost thru the side. We are still testing it to see if all is well.

This microwave looked really decent on-line and in general had all the features we were looking for. However, when it arrived, even though the box was fully intact, one corner of the outer case of the microwave creased oddly. Additionally, a very highly distracting piece of waste/scrap plastic was stuck between the two panes of glass on the door of the microwave. This waste/scrap piece of plastic did not appear to alter the function, but it was HIGHLY noticeable and very distracting, and I would have hated to try to live with viewing it every single day when I walked into the kitchen to warm something in the microwave. Additionally, the microwave is rather more noisy that other microwaves of this size that we have had in the past.... and the noise is ODDLY different in comparison to other microwave of this size we have had. For all these reasons, we packed the microwave back up and returned it to the store. We are now ordering a different model.

Lots of power and big enough for most cooking dishes

Looks great & heats up foods nicely. The only thing that is a little difficult is the depressing the start button. It's a little tricky.

Great oven. Looks good. Exceptional results. Installation was quick and easy.

It looks good and works good. The only complaints I have are there aren't any one step keys on the keypad. On the old ones you could hit the 1 - 5 key and instantly start a corresponding cycle. Also the interior light is almost worthless.

Great microwave! I love how quiet it is. Shipping was quick as well. I purchase this to replace a built in and it looks great with the trim kit as well. Very pleased with my purchase.

I'm a 41 year old male that eats like a teenage boy so I cook in this thing about 10 times a day minimum. It was purchased as a replacement for the exact same one that took me 5 or so years to finally kill. In that time the only real issue I had was the display losing a pixel or two when it got closer to the end of its life. So far the current one has given me no issues what-so-ever even if it is only a couple months old.

This microwave was perfect for what we needed. The size was perfect for our space and I really like the features it offered.

Needed a replacement that would fit my built in microwave space. This was the only option I could find and so glad I did. It saved me the expense of a new kit.

This is the second unit I purchased as a built in to replace the first which lasted only two years. Called Whirlpool customer service to see if parts could be replaced and they suggested buying a new unit as this is one is considered a "throw away"

Nice, big microwave for the money. quiet, and powerful. we used it as a built in, not counter top.

Great microwave. Only issue has been clock randomly resetting itself with no power losses. Unplugged and replugged in seemed to fix for now. Have to buy trim kit separately. BEWARE of using trim kit with microwave in under counter cabinet! Screws attach thru top of trim kit and can’t be removed without removing counter. Bad design! Had to screw wood blocks to cabinet face and then screw through the sides of trim kit at the top to attach to blocks. Looks fine but more work than it should have been.

Did not last long, burnt out within a 1 1/2 years.
