Can't go wrong with Whirlpool! Great microwave, nice and big! Really quiet, almost silent. Very nice!!!

I replaced an older 1.6 Cu. Ft. unit with this larger 2.2 Cu. Ft. unit 3 weeks ago. My older unit was built in above my oven and did the R&R myself in about an hour without any issue. New trim kit fit perfectly. Larger size is a great upgrade. Also, purchased unit on sale at a great price. So far new microwave is working great.

The microwave fit perfect and Works well .heating is accurate

Bought this to replace an 89 year old Whirlpool under counter microwave installed by Builder. This unit works just fine but the features are just not as good as the old one. Examples: The button to open the door is not as easy to see and operate, and The under counter trim kit does not look as good as old one.

Purchased a GE Profile unit to replace this unit. Why? At the 14 month mark, the digits on the Whirlpool unit began to go out and when I contact Whirlpool, they told me "tough, no can replace, it's out of their 12 month warranty period...". I then asked, can I buy the related circuit board and I could replace that myself. According to Whirlpool, the unit has been discontinued and "no, no replacement parts available." So my advice, buy the EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!

Works as good as it looks. No issues installing it. We bought the kit for wall install over our wall oven.

Over the past three years, everything got super expensive. This is a "nothing-fancy" MW, still costs...

This microwave is fine. It fit into the hole we had for our previous microwave so that is why I got it. I am still getting used to the front panel set up and does not seem as intuitive as my last microwave. That is why I gave it a 4. Seems to work well. Price was good.

Great quality. Efficient shipping. Fits perfectly. Was able to find this model after the previous one was discontinued.

I Like the product. Only concern is, since it is a warranty product. No way fix if there is an issue with some parts.. We have to replace it entirely.

Average. Not so great. Doesn’t have much to offer in “sensor” cooking. Glass on inside door stays wet and fogged up. I’m guessing it will rust inside soon. Horrid purchase.

Microwave has done all the basic things I want it to without problems. I've got to work through all the bells and whistles. That will take time. Too bad Best Buy doesn't have downloadable user manuals on your site. It would make the process so much easier.

I love it! Perfect size, convenient to use and nice looking.

The control pad looks cheaply made. Loud noise when closing the door. Other than that, the microwave works.

Bought this to replace the wall oven in a nice property that I manage. I was looking for something budget-friendly that would look nice with a high end wall oven. This was a good pick.

Because this is a counter depth microwave it’s much larger than the over-the-range units. I love that it has the matching trim kit sold separately to place in the wall. This is excellent!

I bought a Whirlpool because my last one lasted 17 years. The moment we turned it on we realized this was a mistake. It was so noisy that you would not be able to run it when anyone was sleeping. We returned it and purchased and LG. It turned out to be a much nicer microwave and was even a little less expensive. I don't know how it cooks, so I gave it two stars instead of one. Thank you Best Buy for allowing returns.

Super big but works so good! Everyone should get one

It lasted 2 years. Bought the biggest one to match all our new whirlpool fridge dish washer and stove. Just stopped working for no reason. Always cleaned and never moved. Poor excuse of a warranty. Waste of $$.
