Delivered with a dent in the side but still works. They said they would send me a gift card for the damaged product, which I haven't received yet. Does the same job as the broken washer that it replaced, but more options. Wish the interface was a little simpler with less buttons. Chose it because of it's compact size.

Great washing machine. Needed compact size for space available and this washer is perfect. Very energy efficient.

I had a 14 year old Bosch that gave out and had to get a compact washer in a hurry. With supply chain issues due to Covid, not very many options were available. I’m so glad I chose this one! It’s much quieter than my old machine and faster too. Whirlpool has utilized European technology which is great for this size washer.

This is product is amazing - and love the fact that it is energy efficient. The only thing is you need to check the water and ensure it doesn’t get filled too much but aside from that they are great!

we are family of 4 but had to buy this small machine due to space constrain in our pre build laundry closet. this machine is small but powerful. I do laundry almost every day. Since its HE , need very less amount of detergent and still clothes come out very clean and fresh.

Great fit for condo. I like it only needing a cold water hookup. Simple to install as we had to do to COVID-19 restrictions. Pretty good installation instructions. Understanding the programming and its auto features is a challenge.

Expected noise..there is minimal, barely know is on. Fits my space perfectly!

Purchased this and the matching dryer to stack them (I live in a small townhome), and together, they fit perfectly in the space alloted for the washer / dryer. Previously there was one of those one piece washer / dryer units, but it was difficult to reach in there and get the washed garmets. So happy this set came in this smaller size as a full size unit would not have fit.

I purchased this as open box item and there is a load clicking sound on spin cycle. It's covered by Whirlpool.

The control panel broke a few months after i purchased at Best Buy. Yesterday, the door to the machine was open and it turned on and starting the wash cycle, keep in mind no clothes were inside nor water. 2nd repair since 3/29/20 purchase and whirlpool customer service is impossible to get through unless you can devote a whole day to waiting. They repaired it through the warranty and now can't find me in their system. I'm sorely disappointed and will never purchase a Whirlpool product again since you can't even facilitate a repair easily.

this is an excellent purchase it is not only a good brand but very reliable and dependable product very happy with the selection of this washer. I would recomment this washer for the proformance and stability for being dependable.

This is a much smaller washing machine than most, but it is great for a place like NYC or a small house or apt. Don't expect to be able to fit your comforter in here, certainly not effectively. This machine works for the right person, but it is not for you if you have space for the larger size machine!

Worked well the 1st time I've used it. I bought an open box item to save a few bucks, so hoping it holds up well. Way more options and features than the 23 year old Roper it replaced. Installers were on time and did everything needed.

This was my first choice in dryer after using an LG for 3 weeks this dryer takes it up a notch in sophistication n ease of use. Bravo !!
