One con: They put the yellow energy guide sticker on the top and the adhesive/faded yellow never came off. Asked delivery person how to remove, tried every product, no luck. So for the price, it would have been nice for this not to happen.

I should have known it would be a problem when they told me it couldn't be delivered until the end of July. I kept going with the purchase, much to my regret now. This washer has been nothing but trouble since he beginning. The buttons are hard to press at best, and I have had a service technician out here TWICE now to repair it. Turns out it needs a new part. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this piece of garbage unit.

The guys delivers it and we were unaware it was broken. We didn’t realize until we tried to use it. Best Buy was great in the return, but it was very frustrating.
