Stop working after a month

Whirlpool Washing Machine

It was purchased from “Open Box” in fair condition, but I don’t see any dents, scratches or any cosmetic issues. Expecting this Washing Machine to last me a long time!

Had to wait 6 weeks to get an appointment to get it fixed. Have only used it a handful of times since and it is broken again. $1100.00 piece of crap.

Good Delivery but Washer Problematic

Whirlpool has agreed to replace it. Delivery and installation were fine. Geek Squad gave excellent assistance in helping us deal with Whirlpool.

The dryer is very convenient as it is ventless which is a big plus. So far, this has been a great purchase and my tenant loves it.

And I bought the extended warranty which means nothing because whirlpool wants to be the first one to fix it or touch it within the first year which is also been a problem. This should’ve been explained to me when I purchased the item how the warranty works.

Broke after 4 loads

It stopped working after 4 loads (and 1 day shy of the Best Buy return policy). Returned this and would not recommend that anyone purchase.

The wsit continues! Not sure if it will ever work? Probably should have returned but transported it myself to my property in Maryland...what a nightmare sadly...
