I Love Love this refrigerator!! It’s the best refrigerator I have ever owned!! I Love the crisper drawers. They work so well!! I Love the drawer in the middle! You can slide it to make room for taller objects on the shelf! What I think I like the most is the bottom shelf how it sticks farther out so you can put items on the bottom and the door still shuts!! You can stuff your refrigerator and everything fits!! Best refrigerator ever!!

Very nice refrigerator. Lots of room. Easy to adjust shelves. Does run cold. We had to turn down a little from recommended temp because fridge was too cold. Does run a little loud but not bad. Bigger freezer area than I thought it would be. Crisper bins could be bigger but not bad for us. Love the black exterior. Easy to clean. So far, great refrigerator.

It is spacious! We are using it as a second fridge. The black color is nice and you can put magnets. The bottom drawers don't slide easy they are thin plastic. The only advise I can give is not to install it where you don't want to be disturbed by a humming noise. Unfortunately, it is next to my desk and it really bothers me. The humming noise is every hour and lasts for 30 or more minutes. Your quiet time is 1 hour. My 15 year old fridge does not make noises at all. All the other reviews about the noises are true.

a great product for the value. a little disappointed that there is no light in the freezer but doesn't affect the use or performance of the product. pretty happy to have a working fridge back in order. and a place to put my favorite refrigerator art from my son and grandsons!! the associates at Best Buy were very friendly and helpful.

Very happy with this fridge. Plenty of room and runs quietly. Was looking for something simple and this was perfect.

Refrigerator had a very small dimple dent. Exterior was a mess cosmetically, I used a mild detergent and rubbed it out. I bought it as a basement refrigerator in my unfinished side of my basement. I would not accepted it for a main kitchen.

This is the perfect size refrigerator we were looking for. It replaces a 15 year old refrigerator we were using in the garage for frozen food, drinks etc. This Whirlpool had a more than adequate top freezer and lots of room below for drinks etc. the price was right and we did not what a water dispenser or computer components.

This refrigerator is very nice and durable. Though a recommendation that I have to to add extra organization containers-to use up the large amounts of space effectively. It has perfect storage space is lovely!

The attached photo shows the poor construction on the underside of the freezer door. Basically a hole where they injected foam insulation with some of the insulation stuck to door frame. In addition this fridge is definitely noisier than any others I've owned. Much noisier than the 25 year old fridge it replaced. Otherwise it seems to work fine so far.

Very well designed with a clean look and I love the LED lighting. Because I liked it so much….i bought another and now have two.

Do not purchase this! Year and a half, stopped working. Tossed out much more food than what the warranty “Total Tech”, I purchased will cover. Also, the meat tray didn’t last a week. The plastic is worse than dollar store quality. Speaking of the Total Tech, the call center is not helpful, the reps speak in circles. Service call over a week ago. The tech sent parts to my house, knowing the compressor most likely is going!! It’s totally dead! Letting everyone know I have severe medical issues, need a fridge for meds, etc, still waiting for a call back from manager for 2 days, which won’t happen, thanks but no thanks to Louis. Next service call available was booked out over 2 weeks. Which will result in another service call for more parts or not sure if the unit will be replaced. When I bought the warranty, “Total Tech” told if any issues we will just replace the unit. Sure, when the red tape is exhausted and everything is in the trash! Very disappointed, not satisfied at all.

Refrigerator is very spacious as well as the freezer. We love it

I bought this refrigerator for my my house when I moved in. I was looking for just a basic refrigerator not really looking for a lot of features. To my surprise when the geek squad can and installed the refrigerator it didn’t take long to get cool and the freezer part freezes ice, food and other foods fast. Especially can pops lol

Love our new fridge. It’s works great keeping everything cold and wider than we expected.

My new top freezer has so much more room then my old side by side especially for large items like frozen pizzas even the bottom fridge has so much more space we are very happy with it.

for the price point it is really nice and excellent fridge. Some people complain it has some noise produced, but what’s that matter if you put in the kitchen rather in your bedroom? Has larger capacity so really like it!

I already had problems with the refrigerator. I had been lost lots of food due some defects that already was reported and fixed once Even though still not working properly as it was before. I am not happy with it

Noisy compressor, tried unplugging and plugged back in a couple of times...it would quiet down for a while but then the compressor would make an annoying whining sound...we did like the color (black) and the size of the fridge...we eventually had best buy pick it back up...they stood by there return policy 100%...we will get another fridge and it will come from Best Buy as they stand by there products.

Missing parts on my refrigerator. How do I go about getting my missing parts. Top cap on hinge bottom cap on door handle. My friend has a fridge identical to mine and she has no missing parts. Have not received my statement yet, just wondering if they credited me for the returned ice maker.

Looks nice from outside, however noisy and not efficient to freeze and cool food well. No freezer lighting.
