I recently purchased this refrigerator from Best Buy and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The design is modern and sleek, and it fits perfectly in my kitchen. It cools very efficiently, and I love how spacious the interior is, with adjustable shelves that make organizing so much easier. The freezer also has plenty of room and keeps everything at the perfect temperature. Delivery was fast, and the installation team was very professional and careful with my home. Overall, this refrigerator has exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality and reliability.

The team was great got everything in, once doors wete attached They had scratches on them. Not from the delivery the doors were put on after the brought the refrigerator in the house . Also the freezer door on the inside is cracked exposing insulation. So i cant keep anything in my freezer for safety concerns.Now i have to wait 12 weeks for new doors. I should of sent it all back!

It's a great refrigerator but there are a few things I realized later about it. First, the freezer doesn't have a light. That's probably not a big deal to anyone, but i was used to having one. Second, it's a little louder than my old one, but I've gotten used to it. That's not really a big deal. It's still pretty quiet, but I'm just comparing it to my old one. Lastly, the lighting in the refrigerator part isn't as bright as i was used to. it's LED so that's probably why. Again, not a big deal. I would recommend this refrigerator if you're looking for this type. It's got plenty of space and works well.

Good extra fridge, it is a little noisy, but good basic fridge. No bells or whistles, fine for what it is.

The only reason we purchased this fridge was because it had the largest freezer. This is a secondary refrigerator for us in the basement. So far the fridge has been fine. I did have to turn up the freezer temperature control as the normal setting wasn't cold enough (soft ice cream). There is no light in the freezer (disappointing). Nice LED light in the fridge. Also nice sliding drawer in the fridge. Product quality from the warehouse is disappointing. We received two damaged refrigerators (see pictures). So we had them returned. From the time we purchased the first refrigerator to the time we received a non-damaged refrigerator (fridge #3), it was a month later. Best Buy's delivery took a week each time we received a damaged one. One of the delivery people from Best Buy had no idea what they were doing. They hit our landscaping in our driveway. Couldn't figure out how to transport the fridge down to the basement with their straps.

I love this refrigerator. It’s much roomier than the last one. The glass shelves and drawers makes it easier to see what’s in it. The adjustable door shelves does wonders when you need more room for your jugs/bottles. Also the deli/meat drawers saves you from digging through the fridge for the smaller items.

I absolutely love my new Whirlpool refrigerator. It has a lot of space inside, and you can actually see everything because of the clear shelving. Also, it is very quiet. I would highly recommend this refrigerator to everyone.

Very good basic fridge. Going on 2 years, no problems whatsoever. No weird noises. Cools what it needs to, and freezes what it needs to. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles like today's fancy high-tech refrigerators, but that just means that this fridge should last much longer with no issues.

Love this outside of the funny noise it makes. I have been creeped out a few times when it's running. It's like someone is trapped inside the fridge screaming and slowly dying. I have never heard a fridge make that noise. Other than that it works and does the job.

Ok here's the deal.. I recently purchased a whirlpool fridge from bestbuy..I had to replace my old fridge which was 16 years old. It also was a whirlpool,it was great never any issues. The problem with the new one was on the fridge part it never went below 40 degrees and it was on the max setting and that had me really concerned, now granted I'm a 2 person family so there wasn't a lot of stuff in the unit. And of course I didn't read the reviews on the unit before the purchase and yes Best Buy was going to trade it out with brand new one! But the day before then new one was going to be delivered I canceled the order cause I read the reviews on it and there were a lot of complaints on the same issue I had which was not cold enough! So I went with a different brand! And also to add I wanted the swing of the doors to be switched and when the installers did this the fridge door would not seal correctly! What a headache it became so I had them switch it back and in that process the installer stripped some screws! So I had to ( as the customer) use my tools and got the stripped screw out my self!! Remember consumers these installers are contracted people and I'm not sure if they really know what they are doing so please beware ! Now I'm not knocking bestbuy for this but it's the product they are saling to us the consumers !!! So yes I'm not happy.. yes I will agree it was a great price but the overall quality sucks!!!!

I own this refrigerator for two months now. It replaces my 18 yrs old similar model. Before I bought I did an extensive research and read all reviews. Contrary to the some negative reviews this refrigerator is very silent and both fridge and freezer sections cool very well. My only criticism is bottom vegetable & fruit drawers are way too small. My previous refrigerator was a little bit smaller in its capacity but had really big and useful drawers. But this has larger freezer and fridge. I did not install an ice maker so I can't testify to its performance. Overall I am very happy with this refrigerator's performance so far. BestBuy service was very good and on time. They also promptly reversed the doors at my request.

Well, I was looking for a simple and reliable refrigerator. French doors and freezer-on-the-bottom types tend to be less reliable overall, so my first decision was a traditional refrigerator with freezer on top. I also chose to have neither ice nor water dispensers. Again, most of them tend to decrease overall reliability, sometimes by a LOT. In the end, I decided to go with this model because: 1) it has a fairly decent capacity; 2) black doors look cool and match the very dark wood of my kitchen cabinets, and 3) the finish is easy to clean. Another thing I like (and I don't know if this is normal now in most refrigerators or not), but mine came with wheels instead of feet. Which means it is easier to move to clean behind , and when it is time to dispose of it (hopefully many, many years from now), it will be a lot easier to move out of the house. For now, I am really happy with this purchase. It is not fancy, it has no special features (no ice maker, no water filter, no wi-fi, nothing..) but as a simple, no-nonsense refrigerator that does not have many points of failure, it certainly seems to fit the bill for what I wanted. I have only had it for a couple of months so the jury is still out on actual reliability. However, removing some of the most common features that tend to cause early failures leaves a fairly simple design that should also be less failure prone. We shall see...

Whirlpool is a great brand and I bought this fridge sight unseen during their Memorial Day Sale. We had the Best Buy crew delivery, install and haul away our old fridge. Communication during the entire process was excellent and setup and haul away were done quickly but carefully. I love having a new fridge that does not freezer burn everything I place in the freezer. While we have only had the fridge for a couple weeks it is meeting our expectations and we are happy to have a modern fridge that is not from the 80s. The fridge when cooling is nice and quiet. Doors come preinstalled with hinges on right. We switched them to the left side. Works best to have two people do it, but not impossible with one. Make sure to not place sensitive items near the bottom shelf fan. We had eggs freeze by placing them on the bottom shelf. This was to no fault of the fridge as temp is where it should be. Just something we learned the hard way having something newer than our old fridge. Definitely recommend this fridge. Great value for the cost.

This fridge works well and it matches my stove. It has so much room. Also, the freezer is on top like it should be since cold air drops. My old fridge had the freezer on the bottom.
