Customer service needs work

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The refrigerator works fine as a fridge but I am very unlikely to buy anything from Best Buy again. The original fridge I ordered was delivered damaged. Poor customer service told me they couldn't get a replacement but I could get similar. But guess what, I had to pay more. Then the new one didn't match, isn't level, is noisy, and I had to put the handles, logo, and hinge covers on. It is dirty and not what I originally wanted. Overall, your delivery teams were excellent, but your customer service was horrendous.
