Bought this fridge on a great sale price but problems started 4 months after purchase with loud rattling sounds randomly on and off then the fridge internally leaked water so always a puddle of water in the trays....last straw is the fridge stopped cooling and had fridge full of food spoil TWICE all within year of purchase. Im happy I bought the warranty but let's see if best buy fixes this.....

only complaint so far is that the freezer seems slow to freeze certain items from time to time

I've only had the fridge for 2 years and already the thermostate and blower went out. This was an $800 fridge which was a lot of money for us, so I can't afford to replace it.

One of the worst purchases ever made. Had it delivered to our home and stored it in my garage until my daughter was moving. On moving day while refrigerator was still boxed and never opened when we went to open box it was so damaged it was unbelievable. The box and all the foam was all intact and you would never know it was damaged. It was so damaged it literally looked like it was damaged then boxed up. This was a gift for my daughter and we was scrambling on moving day to find another refrigerator and unfortunately we had to go to a competitor to buy one.

This fridge has MAJOR condensation issues. The service guy said there were 200 other with the same issue I had. 1st they said there was an ice blockage stopping air flow between the freezer and fridge. then they replaced a fan. Then they replaced the door. I still have pools of condensation in summer. Puddle of water in the vegetable bins. Service just came back and seems to be starting the whole cylce over! Why don;t they just replace this lemon?

I haven't had this item for a full year, and now it's died for the 3rd time. Stops cooling, defrosts everything, starts clicking. Best Buy was no help. They gave me 800 number. The person I spoke with didn't want to schedule repair because she said clicking is normal. Reading from her script. Defrosting is not normal. Losing groceries 3 times in a year is not normal. Have repair person coming tomorrow, but I was warned I may need to pay $130 even though I've owned it less than a year and am still making payments.

No ice maker still

Don't buy this item if you want to add a ice maker. Bought in Feb. and just sent me an update and won't bring the ice maker until June. Besides not having the ice maker the refrigerator is noisy.

We replaced the refrigerator at our Lake home with this. Delivery was fabulous. Set-up was great. The appliance got to working temperature within 2 hours. Interior plastic is a little thin. Overall a great purchase for our Lake place.

The bottom doesn’t get cold enough. The top freezes unevenly and has even been malfunctioning. I’ve lost a lot of food unnecessarily. I just wish I could take it back

The compressor made a loud humming sound that was not repairable and cooling was very low. Best Buy was very responsive but unfortunately it was a bad item.

It looks nice and is easy to fit a lot of food but the inside lining has started cracking and e have only had it a month. Very frustrated.
