Customers are enthusiastic about the 20.5 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator, particularly its ample interior size and generous space. The overall performance, price, and decent capacity also receive positive feedback. However, some customers have noted the noise level and the absence of a freezer light as potential drawbacks.

I love the refrigerator. Your delivery team needs work.
The day of the delivery I was given the window of 1;30 to 5;30 PM they showed up at 11AM. I was not home. It took another week before I could get my refrigerator. This is not acceptable. The first crew could not speak English & I don't think they could read either. The second delivery crew were excellent!! You should not send out a crew that can't speak English or read it. At least one of them should be able to speak English & read it!!

All I wanted was a replacement refrigerator for my cellar. This was perfect: lots of space, good ratings from many purchasers, nothing too fancy and free delivery. It was also great that for less than $15 I could get the old one hauled away! I am very satisfied with this entire buying experience.

Had to have a fridge to use while my side by side fridge was backordered. Have to admit that we are really liking it. The only drawback is that it does not have an automatic ice maker. We plan to keep this fridge and use it for extra cold space when the new fridge arrives.

So far this spring / summer we have purchased 2 refrigerators, large TV, Apple Watch and some miner items. The Edwardsville store has always been courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. We also used the “Geek Squad to set up our tv and refrigerators - they are the best (usually come out from north StL area.

FOR THE MONEY PAID $729 IT'S A NICE REFRIGERATOR !! HOWEVER THE GLASS SHELVES AND THE PLASTIC STORAGE SHELVES COULD BE OF MADE NOT AS CHEAPLY AND CHARGE $50 MORE IT WOULD BE A BETTER DEAL NOT TOO NOISY BUT COULD BE A LITTLE QUIETER.

The refrigerator has everything that is required at it’s price point and seems to be of good quality. It also is quiet compared to its competing models. Overall, I am happy with the purchase where it receives my recommendation.

Slightly louder than previous refrigerator (over 20 years old), but does its job. Only real complaint is we had to reverse the door, and the bolt holes for the bottom bracket weren't tapped. Had to go to Home Depot to buy #12-24 tap. Hope the worker who went on lunch break and forgot to tap the holes when he came back had a great lunch!

Well, I was looking for a simple and reliable refrigerator. French doors and freezer-on-the-bottom types tend to be less reliable overall, so my first decision was a traditional refrigerator with freezer on top.
I also chose to have neither ice nor water dispensers. Again, most of them tend to decrease overall reliability, sometimes by a LOT.
In the end, I decided to go with this model because: 1) it has a fairly decent capacity; 2) black doors look cool and match the very dark wood of my kitchen cabinets, and 3) the finish is easy to clean.
Another thing I like (and I don't know if this is normal now in most refrigerators or not), but mine came with wheels instead of feet. Which means it is easier to move to clean behind , and when it is time to dispose of it (hopefully many, many years from now), it will be a lot easier to move out of the house.
For now, I am really happy with this purchase. It is not fancy, it has no special features (no ice maker, no water filter, no wi-fi, nothing..) but as a simple, no-nonsense refrigerator that does not have many points of failure, it certainly seems to fit the bill for what I wanted.
I have only had it for a couple of months so the jury is still out on actual reliability. However, removing some of the most common features that tend to cause early failures leaves a fairly simple design that should also be less failure prone. We shall see...

This Refrigerator works perfect for me. I love the bright LED lighting, the compartments are spacious, runs very quiet. Freezer is also very spacious too. Being a Whirlpool product, it is very reliable and a trusted refrigerator.

Bought this to replace our main fridge. We love the spaciousness of it. The drawer that moves is awesome, since you can move it from side to side to fit stuff. The glass is on the thin side, and it’s scary to put anything over 30lbs... though the reviews don’t say a weight limit, google says it should fit about 50lbs. Unlike our old fridge where the glass was thicker.

Product has performed as expected. Delivery was quick and installers were respectful of our home. Fridge has fixed shelves throughout unlike our previous unit, so getting some taller bottles in does cause a bit of a problem when the fridge is full. If the shelve were half shelves, could move things around a bit easier. It does get very cold and runs much less than our old unit.

This replaced the same exact fridge- just 17 years older. I was shocked at the difference in quality. Thinner glass shelves. Cheaper screws, door handles, light... you name it. And compared to my 17 year old one this one is loud. How in this age of technology does a product get worse?! They must be squeezing every last penny for profit.
Average fridge and it does the job, but I would have rather spent a little more to got better quality.
