First one had a high pitched noise when motor running. Returned within a week while store warranty still in effect. Second one is extremely quiet. Very pleased with size of freezer and fridge size. Holds a lot of groceries. Would recommend getting store warranty for 3 years because appliances aren’t what they used to be.

I ordered a white one and it looks great. Very simple and funtional as deacribed. Lots of space for food storage. I'm happy with the purchase!

Refrigerator works great! we had shopped other stores but the size of this was perfect and the price was great. The Refrigerator may not have a light in the freezer, but it is not needed. I would recommend it to a friend.

Only problem is with the delivery process other wise very happy delivery people were not caring slam bam guys get in and out not taking time to explain the settings had to ask how it worked these guys don't care thank you customer service from the purchase to talking to customer service refridge works great

The only reason we purchased this fridge was because it had the largest freezer. This is a secondary refrigerator for us in the basement. So far the fridge has been fine. I did have to turn up the freezer temperature control as the normal setting wasn't cold enough (soft ice cream). There is no light in the freezer (disappointing). Nice LED light in the fridge. Also nice sliding drawer in the fridge. Product quality from the warehouse is disappointing. We received two damaged refrigerators (see pictures). So we had them returned. From the time we purchased the first refrigerator to the time we received a non-damaged refrigerator (fridge #3), it was a month later. Best Buy's delivery took a week each time we received a damaged one. One of the delivery people from Best Buy had no idea what they were doing. They hit our landscaping in our driveway. Couldn't figure out how to transport the fridge down to the basement with their straps.

This product is awesome..the products has nice drawers in the refrigerator plus a lot of space. Its freezes quick n just right temp. Im enjoying my new refrigerator.

The price was great, but lacks a few things. I miss the filtered water that I had in my previous refrigerator. I don't like the stainless steel, but did it for resale. I love the clear shelving, you can see everything in the drawers. It's easier to reach the back of the refigerator.

This Whirlpool refrigerator is well designed and has lots of room. The door layout works great and fits alot of items. Top freezer is good as well. Very quiet when it's not "filtering;" but noisy when it is.

Works great, we bought this as a replacement for our refrigerator, in our garage, no ice maker gives us extra storage space.

This replaced a Fridgidare 18 cu. ft. that required a couple of repairs in it's 6 year life span. So far we are very pleased, it's quiet, lots of storage with the extra 2 cu. ft., shelves are easy to adjust, the bins slide on rollers, took the normal 24 hours to adjust to the proper temp and is holding well at the desired 40 degrees. I highly recommend it.

We have had a Kenmore refrigerator for 31 years, it started to leak into the fridge so we decided it was time to upgrade. Received the Whirlpool Fridge and we are a bit disappointed in the freezer, did not realize our ice cream would not fit in the door shelf - its fairly narrow and items fall out because it has a bar going across and not a solid, also only one shelf and you can not adjust it , all that space is wasted . No light in the freezer, Also the shelf connector in the freezer that holds the shelf up ,is coming out of the inside wall, I would of preferred the wire shelving over the glass for the freezer. The fridge is ok

Great basic refrigerator. I didn't want a lot of extras, and this meets my needs perfectly! It has plenty of space in both the refrigerator and freezer sections. The only extra thing that would have been nice is a light in the freezer, but that is not a necessity. Great product!

Everything is good,,except for lacking a freezer light, which I read in reviews. What I didn't read was that the doors don't close shut unless they're pushed hard. This can be a problem with food spoiling. It's kind of annoying & I wish there was a fix for it. Can the doors be adjusted?

I needed a replacement for my parents old fridge and it perfect, very spacious, quiet and free shipping. For the price it was good because Best Buy price match online pricing too, well worth it.

I am very happy with this purchase. It’s a nice size and I like the adjustable shelving. It’s easy to adjust the refrigerator and freezer temperature.

This very basic refrigerator (no ice maker or water dispenser) has been serving us well for three weeks. There was an issue with part of refrigerator door gasket not contacting the gasket. This noticed a few days after delivery (bottom of door) but was quickly resolved by Geek Squad agent. We are well satisfied with performance to date. The one (missing) feature I didn't notice when viewing refrigerator in Best Buy store is no light in the freezer. Generally not an issue as room lighting is most times sufficient. I only noticed when searching for snack at night with no lights in on in basement location. We are hoping by having limited "technology" this machine will be more reliable than our "all the bells & whistle" Whirlpool product that continues to have electronics issues.

If you're looking for a standard fridge that has a good amount of storage space in both the fridge and freezer, this is the fridge to buy. My house was built in the 40's, my kitchen isn't big enough for most modern day refrigerators. This fit perfectly in my kitchen and I still have more storage space than I need.
