I bought this to replace a Bosch refrigerator that turned out to be unreliable in spite of its brand name. This is a smidge smaller, but it holds everything I need and then some. The electronics are a little confusing when I want to change a setting, but mostly I don't need to. I like reliability a lot!

Whirlpool is the only affordable option readily available during this appliance shortage. It has ample space and works well. Best value for the price.

Good Refrigerator, the interior is small but adequate. Shelf configuration is very basic. It runs quetly and the ice works well. Water dispenser is not very tall, doesnt work with some water bottles. Overall it is a good Fridge

I like the fridge, but, it was missing two glass shelves for the freezer. When I went to the store where I bought it to see about getting them. I was told that it was my responsibility to call the manufacturer. I went home and called Whirlpool and had the usual hassle of being put on hold, and transfered etc. Once I finally got a person, she was very nice and said she would see that the missing shelves would be mailed in a couple weeks. I feel this is something a salesperson at the store should do. I paid the asking price, and feel upset that I had to go through so much to get what was missing.

Purchased this fridge after returning our terrible Samsung fridge. We love it , produces a great amount of ice and the stainless steel really is smudge proof. Only give 4 stars because it is a little bit loud, but the ice machine works great I’ll deal with the noise.

THE BAD - Fridge works great; during delivery Best Buy delivery folks broke the ice maker water line off in the wall. Started screaming at my wife (I was not home) that she was the problem-what???. Had to have a plumber come out to repair. ***THE GOOD- Best Buy insurance/claims folks were amazing, settled claim within 2 days. Definitely not happy with the delivery - product works great.

I am a single men and downsized from a very large unit to this model. I like the looks ,the way it fits in the counter, the bright light, it is easy to keep clean.Somtime it is hard to open the door on the refrigerator side .

Good easy to use frig. Only drawback is thst refrigerator door sqeeks when opened wide. Good temperature control for both frig and fr3.

We're a family of 4. The interior of the fridge is on the smaller side of what we had before. (Although its the same dimensions). We purchased acrylic/plastic bins to utilize the space more efficiently, which works for us. So far so good! I had my old fridge for 24 years when it gave out. I'm hoping this one will last just as long :) . Per other reviews on the noise... I think it's minimal and not a deal breaker for me.

After making ice for several days and using it, I opened the ice bin and water poured out from the bottom of the ice bin to the floor. I don’t think this should be normal. Refrigerator is cold freezer is cold icemaker is making ice, I’m afraid to open the bin.

A very nice side by side. Plenty of room for all different size items. Very quite and cools items quickly. Would buy again if I needed one.

I bought this frig a little over a year ago. I’ve been extremely happy with my purchase. I’ve owned side by sides in the past but always hated to lose of space do to the ice maker. The whirlpool refrigerator has stuffed the ice maker in the door opening up the top self for storage. This counter depth frig has so much more usable space then the traditional size frig. Easy to clean and great looks of the dark stainless steal make this a no brainer. I’ve read the reviews about the noise but I can’t tell the difference from any other unit of been around. Best Buy delivery was on time, professional, and fast.

New side by side with the water filter and ice maker. So far a big improvement over my former xl fridge and drawer freezer. Adequate storage but the veggie drawers are a little tight. Would rather have more drawer and shelf space than door storage.

I am happy with the purchase thus far. I just wish the shelves were more secure. The finger print resistant is good so far. Best Buy delivered the product on time as scheduled. I am not so sure that I understand why a counter depth fridge cost more than the standard size.

Only a month in use but is quite a nice appliance. Its quiet and quite big with lots of storage. Love the ice maker with ice storage on the door freeing up a shelf.

Beautiful fridge and very sleek. Fits perfectly in my kitchen. Looks deceiving but it actually holds a lot of items.

Overall a great counter depth refrigerator. Sleek design and plenty of space. Simple water and ice maker controls.

Read this before you decide to buy this Whirlpool refrigerator or any Whirlpool refrigerator. We bought a new home in May 2020, and purchased this refrigerator. We installed it and moved in July 2020. By June 2021 (less than 1 year) two of the bins completely failed, with the plastic breaking. And the latch on the ice bucket broke rendering the ice machine useless. I opened a ticket with Whirpool and spoke to their customer care supervisors about my experience and they sent me a link to Repair Clinic to order new parts. They also let me know these parts were only covered for 30 days under their "cosmetic" warranty. They never once apologized for my experience with their product, nor offered any type of support to resolve the issue. So I'm issuing you fair warning, it's a cheap product. The drawers will break. The latches will break. And there's nothing you can do short of paying large sums of money to order replacement parts to stay on top of the maintenance. Find another brand that manufactures a quality product and stands behind it.
