This counter depth fridge is AMAZING! Fits the right amount of stuff and looks great too!

Good looking refrigerator. Stainless steel. Lighting is excellent. Well built. Freezer section hard to get to with the ice storage portion so bulky.

Limited space, the freezer looks like it is missing a shelf

Excellent buy. Unexpected breakdown of our refrigerator and we needed to replace it soon. We're not into all the bells and whistles of new era 'fridges so we were happy to get this unit at a great price. Plus, delivery was prompt...unlike those major delays others appear to be experiencing. Way to go Best Buy.

We have had this almost a month and all of a sudden there is water dripping from the filter. Could definitely use more shelves.

It compliments my other Whirlpool products and......has great storage capacity for what I need. If I could only figure out how to remove the fresh flow filter door to remove the styrofoam packaging where the filter should go. The installers didn't remove it and didn't install the filter. Unfortunately I didn't notice for months after the delivery/install.

It doesn't have the capacity I really wanted, but it means I don't overbuy on groceries lol. I do have to say it's a little loud. Don't buy this for a kitchen close to a bedroom.

Inside both cooler and freezer sides are quite small. Very tough to regulate the cooler temp as anything blocking the vent then makes part of the cooler colder than others. We are finding items freezing in different locations of the cooler. When you fill the door with items, the door now squeaks loudly

Negatives, doors and drawers not straight, rattle noise. However, it was an open box. So we knew it wasnt 100% perfect.

This is a good product, but I wish it came with one more shelf in the freezer. An extra shelf costs almost $175, so I decided to do without.

I'm very happy with the Whirlpool refrigerator. It looks great, and works very well. As other reviewers mentioned, the freezer is missing a rack. I'm not sure why the manufacturer purposely sells this fridge without a rack, but it's not a big deal for me. It's very quiet and works great.

The refrigerator fit through my small doorways in my old home. It works well and has enough space for what I need. I am very pleased that it doesn't get fingerprints on it so I don't have to wipe it down very often. It looks great in my kitchen. It's a great refrigerator for the money.

I am very disappointed at this purchase. Not enough shelves on the freezer side. Also could have s second frozen vegetable/food ben. I do not recommend this model to anyone. Although extra shelves/parts can be ordered. But, extremely high . However, I experienced so very much inconvenience before I finally decided on this model. Purchased on July 1, 2021. finally correctly delivered on July 24th

We were nervous about this fitting in the space we had our old fridge, it was a perfect fit. Unit is quite even when it’s making ice. Perfect size for us.

So far so good. The pros are the looks and ease of most things associated in using the fridge. Cons are the shelves could use better design for large objects like 2 liters. The trays are a definite con as one of mine cracked. Overall I'm happy with it.

If this fridge is for a basement or garage, go for it. If it's the main one for an open concept floor plan - this is Not the one! It sounds like an industrial fridge. I'm replacing a bottom drawer LG (that cost $1700 more!) that died after 7 years. I had the same Whirlpool version before that one and missed the measured fill function and the side by side doors. This new version runs loud from the second it is plugged in. Based on the reviews, I replaced it with a Samsung of similar model. The Samsung runs silent. I have no idea it's even plugged in. I also agree with other reviewers that the quality of the Samsung interior is superior.

Big Capacity and works well! Would definitely recommend!!!!
