This is a good product, but I wish it came with one more shelf in the freezer. An extra shelf costs almost $175, so I decided to do without.

If this fridge is for a basement or garage, go for it. If it's the main one for an open concept floor plan - this is Not the one! It sounds like an industrial fridge. I'm replacing a bottom drawer LG (that cost $1700 more!) that died after 7 years. I had the same Whirlpool version before that one and missed the measured fill function and the side by side doors. This new version runs loud from the second it is plugged in. Based on the reviews, I replaced it with a Samsung of similar model. The Samsung runs silent. I have no idea it's even plugged in. I also agree with other reviewers that the quality of the Samsung interior is superior.

I am very disappointed at this purchase. Not enough shelves on the freezer side. Also could have s second frozen vegetable/food ben. I do not recommend this model to anyone. Although extra shelves/parts can be ordered. But, extremely high . However, I experienced so very much inconvenience before I finally decided on this model. Purchased on July 1, 2021. finally correctly delivered on July 24th

Great buy More choices than anywhere else. And very good pricing. Looks great in my kitchen.

We were nervous about this fitting in the space we had our old fridge, it was a perfect fit. Unit is quite even when it’s making ice. Perfect size for us.

Good price for this refrigerator was a little smaller than I thought when purchased

I would give this a 5 star rating but, we had limited space, my husband husband measured and measured the fridge will fit. We got it here and he had to sand down by hand, the cupboard above the fridge because the edges of the fridge was the right height but it was bowed in the middle of the fridge and it made the middle about 1/8 of an inch off.

Big Capacity and works well! Would definitely recommend!!!!

Fit in our smaller size condo kitchen very nicely. Very easy to adjust temperatures and it seems to keep items at the selected temp.

It’s looks good in 12 x 14 kitchen, perfect size and works great

I hate this refrigerator. I thought It would be the same as the kitchenaid I was replacing. It’s NOT! Cheap flimsy this shelves. Crappy plastic light bulb cover in freezer that takes up half the shelf and doest attach. Just sits there taking up freezer space. Cheap plastic door bins. Thank goodness my kitchen bins fit and I can use those but the needed freezer shelf is too big. This freezer is narrower. I can’t believe this piece if crap cost 1900.00. I gave it 2 stars only because so far my milk is VERY cold. It’s only redeeming wuality.

It is loud i think, also the ice maker gives fits since i bought, 3 months in it quite, service came out and just unplugged fridge and back in and said to watch. Sometimes the arm will stick down but i turn off and back on it fixes it....also it makes ice slow, 2 in the house it barly keeps up, i put on fast ice a lot, i would buy again but not 1st choice

We've only had it for a couple weeks, but we're not happy with the shelves. They're supposed to be able to be moved but because of defective manufacturing, we're very limited with where they can be moved. The notches don't line up and the shelves don't always fit, especially on the refrigerator door. The cover over the light in the freezer doesn't line up either.

We had a French door model for years and after losing a lot of stuff on the floor, I wasn’t so thrilled with it. Everything falls out of the drawer of the freezer, and you can’t really see what’s in the freezer cause it’s all stacked on top of each other. I like on the side by side that you can see the items that you have in the freezer. Although it’s against trend, I think it’s a better way to go.

I selected Whirlpool for its good record of reliability. Great price and roomy interior for a counter depth fridge. Just hoping it will last longer than my old Kitchenaid fridge, which DIED after barely six years.

Love the fingerprint resistant finish! Plenty of room, and countertop depth perfect.

We really like this refrigerator. We have a standard depth model of this counter-depth unit that we've had for about 15 years without having any issues. I expect this counter-depth unit will also be reliable. BestBuy delivery was excellent.

Don't buy this unless you are fine without the water and ice working in 3 years. There is a design flaw that Whirlpool refuses to acknowledge with the wiring at the base hinge of the freezer. This wiring is put under stress every time you open the freezer door and will break over time. In my case, it took just 3 years. And now I don't have an ice maker. This is true for all Whirlpool, Kitchenaid, and Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerators.

Works well, the freezer side is exclent. The ice maker makes plenty of ice for everyday use.
