The refrigerator itself is great, however the freezer didn't have the shelves that were supposed to come with it. I'm not sure who to contact about this!

I selected Whirlpool for its good record of reliability. Great price and roomy interior for a counter depth fridge. Just hoping it will last longer than my old Kitchenaid fridge, which DIED after barely six years.

The purchase experience was great once we found an employee to help! Only complaint I believe the freezer is missing a shelf. I reached out to whirlpool few wks back and no response!

Finally a refrigerator that works on the first week of delivery and hopefully it will continue. The only thing it s that the placement of the light which takes up half of a shelf in the freezer. Space is a little limited but other than that I’m pretty satisfied.

Its a refrigerator. It keeps things cold and fits the space in my home. These are the things I wanted.

Love that this fridge is counter depth but has plenty of interior freezer & refrigerator space for a small family. Love that the shelves are adjustable & still good freezer space with the ice maker

Beautiful refrigerator, perfect for two people in a downsized home. Quiet and has the amenities most desired.

Only thing keeping me from rating it as 5 stars is there was a defective on the top of the door. The manufacturer over glues the the door to the hinge, leaving exes glue on the stainless steel. I had a replacement fridge ordered and it was worse than the first. The delivery driver said that he sees that often from Whirlpool and suggested I use goo gone to clean up the glue. After applying goo gone, there is only a bit that shows but it isn’t apparent unless you are really examining the door. Overall very satisfied with this fridge.

Whirlpool was recommended to me by two different stores. So far it's working out great. The back lighting is good. I do wish the side shelfs were bigger.

Like the size and function of this American Made Side-by-side fridge freezer with rice and water. Awesome shelves and space along with only being counter depth!!! It would of been nice if Whirlpool sent all the shelves with it and the door seals were not messed up!

I had been to numerous stores trying to find this refrigerator that matches the rest of our appliances. When I was read to just buy any refrigerator, a friend mentioned Best Buy. I was at the store the next morning (on a Tuesday) and it was delivered on Friday. They saved the day.

Great and sleek design. My one complaint is that there is only one drawer in the freezer. Two would have been better

Product is good, except I find it does not include enough shelves, particularly in the freezer.

The depth of the water dispensing area could have been 1/2" deeper to make the shelf large enough to place a coffee carafe on it when dispensing water by the measured fill function. Also they should have supplied one more glass shelf in the freezer. You may have to purchase another as it is certainly necessary. Another $100 item that should have come as a standard part.

I choose this one because it perfectly fits the space that I have.

If you like noisy cheapish appliances this unit and Whirlpool are for you. Highly recommend the Samsung Model:RS22T5201SR/AASKU:6397585 over this unit if you want a quite, stylish, and quality refrigerator. It used to be Maytag was top of the line and Whirlpool was just about as good for less money. Sadly something has happened to Whirlpool along the way and their products are no longer "quality" reasonably priced appliances. Will never buy a Whirlpool product again, unless there is a change in quality or there is no other choice.

Fits in the space well. Easy to find items. Good storage. Looks nice. Easy to cleanand looks nice.
