Don't buy this unless you are fine without the water and ice working in 3 years. There is a design flaw that Whirlpool refuses to acknowledge with the wiring at the base hinge of the freezer. This wiring is put under stress every time you open the freezer door and will break over time. In my case, it took just 3 years. And now I don't have an ice maker. This is true for all Whirlpool, Kitchenaid, and Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerators.

I purchased a floor model at a significant savings and then purchased at the 5 year additional warranty. So far it is working perfectly!

We are very happy with our refrigerator. We like the icemaker, works well. My only complaint is the on the freezer side an additional shelf should have been included. We had to order an additional one.

The refrigerator is great. I did ALOT of research and ended up on this one and I am not disappointed. All of the other brands had negative reviews on how loud the new compressors were. This one is hardly noticeable. Fits like a glove in our space.

Refrigerator is perfect size and appears really beautifully due to its counter-depth size. Plenty of freezer and refrigerator space with more than adequate shelf space. Best deal for the price!!!

First of all, its noisy. Much more running noise than any fridge I've used. Secondly, the shelves are arranged in a way that only top one can be used for gallon jars. If you try to adjust to have the bottom one too, you've to remove one crisper.

So far so good. Refrigerator is more spacious than I thought. Freezer is a bit more narrow, if you have a second freezer it’s not a issue

After a month it works fine. It is quiet and have plenty of space for my needs.

First attempt, I bought a unit too big to get up the stairs or fit in the elevator. This one is shallow enough to fit well at counter depth. Trade-off is interior capacity.

Counter-Depth Design is the first one for us. Moved to a new residence and this size, especially depth works perfect for our kitchen. We love it. Updated water/ice system. Replacing cartridge seems easier compare to the old one, which we used to have.

It’s not what I wanted but the Kitchen Aid White Freezer on the bottom handle, my dishwasher hit the handle and I couldn’t open it all the way. Ryan suggested a side by side and it worked. But they didn’t have it in White so I had to take it in Stainless Steel. BEST BUY was really nice about it and let us keep the White Kitchen Aid until they delivered the other one. It’s very nice and functional…

Lots of room! Love this fridge! Love the alarm when the door is left open.

A little too small for the need. But perfect for the space

Bought the fridge for a rental unit. It's perfect, needed counter depth & stainless steel. Looks great. The instore experience was excellent. The installers were courteous, timely, very happy with the experience. Tenant happy. Great, all the way around.

I am Very Happy with my new Whirlpool Refrigerator. I opted for the Counter Depth model because it fits better in my kitchen than the previous refrigerator that was full size verses Counter Depth.

It's pretty quite most of the time but you can hear it a but when it is humming. Plenty of space. Everything is nice and cold. Ice cubes can be larger and if that's the biggest concern, it's not an issue. Price is great for a counter depth fridge.

It is very quiet. The Stainless Steel is so easy to keep clean. Adjustable shelves on both the freezer and Refridgeator side. Panel on the door is your computer. Tels you everything you need to know. Happy with this Fridge!

Freezer side is large enough; refrigerator is small. There are 2 slots in freezer where glass shelved are not provided, but, are needed. Only OEM will fit and it costs $100 per shelf. Also no filter was provided for the filter spot. For $1700, this is incredibly cheap of Whirlpool. Sound is louder than expected.
