We like the refrigerator so far, only downfall is it’s noisy.

Got a great out-of-box deal for my mom. I am really happy with the purchase, sleek, perfect size, awesome price.

This works great and is easy to operate but I wish it offered a little more space.

Previous refrigerator was a French Door with freezer below. Hated the freezer because it was impossible to organize. This side by side is great. With the same amount of food in it as in the previous one it still has loads more room.

I am very happy with my Whirlpool refrigerator. I was skeptical about keeping my milk in the door but it has been kept colder then on the shelf in my old fridge.

This was an excellent purchase. Right nice and easy to clean. Limited finger prints and great compartment size.

Love this fridge for my small kitchen. Unfortunately I’ve since moved and have a brand new fridge in my new apt so will be selling this one after just a year and a half of usage!

Very happy with this fridge. It's on the smaller side but perfect for me. Only feature I would improve would be to come with additional shelves in the freezer for more levels.

The frig overall is good. It was purchased as on floor item. When it was delivered, it was missing the butter shelf. I called and was told that I would need to purchase another shelf since it was an on floor item

Really nice fridge with all options plus is was a counter depth which I had no idea what that was until sales guy told me, it’s an awesome fridge and we got a good price!

It looks really good and it works, but unfortunately some of the plastic parts are cheaply made. Already broke one door container. Could use another fridge and freezer shelf too. I wanted a smaller fridge but didn't realize how narrow the freezer would be. Hard to tell what you're getting when buying online.

There weren't many counter-depth refrigerators available on the market, didn't want my frig to stick out like a sore thumb alongside other kitchen appliances. While 20.6 cu ft. seems modest, it works well with smaller family sizes.

I have only owned the refrigerator for about 2 months and love it.

Works well, but the ice machine and dispenser are poorly designed. The ice despenser gets jammed every other time it's used because the ice cubes are only barely small enough to fit through the dispenser. Which wouldn't be an issue except the feeding mechanism barely works, which causes the ice to jam the dispenser into an "always on" state. And even when it does work, when you stop using the ice dispenser, many times a piece or two of ice gets stuck in the dispenser cone, which ultimately melts leaving a puddle of water in the water/ice dispensing zone, which has now started to form rust. Great fridge otherwise, but our ice dispenser is horrid.

I really like this fridge because it was a good price for what you get. The only complaint that I have is that the when it's running to cool down the fridge it has a load-ish humming noise that can be annoying.
