    Like the frig very much. However, every Whirlpool frig in the two stores that I visited had the handles misaligned, as does mine, and the instructions to level are difficult to accomplish. Explanation that weight of the food in shelves on the doors will cause door to sag and possibly align itself seems bogus. Suggest redesign of this most visible feature of an otherwise excellent product.

    We are very pleased so far on our new counter depth side by side refrigerator. It replaced an older model regular depth refrigerator which crowded the room. This model makes our kitchen look more spacious!

    This unit does not have as many shelves in the freezer or refrigerator as my previous unit. Also, the temperature of the refrigerator is difficult to set, at 38 degrees it freezes my juices and milk. The unit was set at 37 degrees at delivery.

    The sales staff was knowledgeable and helped me make the right choice. The delivery crew was excellent, respectful of my property and courteous. Delivery was quick. I love my new fridge.

    Very disappointed. It arrived with a piece so it sqeeked. And the Best Buy Geek Squad did not anchor it so it moved around. It has all been fixed now but it’s very noisy. I would not buy!
