Only been 3 days but totally satisfied. Everything works great. The unit looks excellent..no manufacturing flaws or cosmetic blemishes. I would highly recommend.

Nice upgrade over my 27 year old fridge. Nice features and it has ample room. Also, love the fact that this is a counter depth fridge, that looks nice in my remodeled kitchen.

It’s a basic fridge. I didn’t want to get caught up with problems from buying a Samsung or LG, so it was either this or a GE.

Nice! Large and heavy on the outside, BUT..the inside is a bit small. 20.6 cu in. Heavy doors, close by themselves. Decent quality.

I bought this fridge base on recommends from my friends. They said it is a great model for the price. It turned out I got a lemon. I didn’t have time for a replacement so I picked a different fridge.

We have been using the fridge for a couple of weeks and it's fantastic. The doors close very smoothly and quietly. Only gripe is the water dispenser is a little slow so the output measurement is not accurate. Outside that, it looks great and is a welcomed addition to our kitchen.

Love the refrigerator. Don’t know if we are missing a shelf in the freezer compartment. If we are, definitely need another one.

Frig leaked where filter is due to installers. It was fixed. Installers dented the door with foot pushing it into space. Also cars led stone in courtyard. Didn’t notice till next day. Every time I look at the door, I’m annoyed. That’s a lot of money for a damaged item!!

I like the frig because it fits well in the space I have, but the room inside seems to be small and not enough freezer shelfs, or door bins.

Awful design(no space on top shelf) look at pictures carefully. So loud it sounded like a helicopter in our kitchen. Water filter was already installed which was strange. Water tasted awful. Also, very poor craftsmanship. White goop holding down some of the parts on the doors. The crooked "freshness" compartment rattled and was full of foam. This model didn't come with a filter cartridge for this, so not sure why it's even there. See pics below.

Fits well in my space, I will buy it again. Good value

The workers were friendly and fast with moving my old fridge into the garage and placing new one in kitchen.

Very nice features and look my only complaint is the ice and water fill do not have the splash shields like my old refrigerator, and this will make a mess.

The refrigerator STOPPED working not even a month after being delivered on 07/22/2021. Both the freezer and the fridge are not cooling. Ice maker is not working at all. There is insane amount of frost buildup. All the food that was inside was spoiled and ended up in the trash. How am I supposed to feed my family now? I’m glad we didn’t get food poisoning. I spoke to Best Buy, they referred me to Whirlpool. They scheduled a technician to come in after a week. In the mean time it’s 90 degrees outside, I cannot eve prepare lunch box for my son to take to school. If Whirlpool cares so much for their customers they should be replacing the unit immediately or return our hard earned money!!!

This model had issues controlling the temperature on the refrigerator side. We would find items frozen on the top 3 shelves of the refrigerator. We had to bump freezer to its highest setting (+5 degrees) and refrigerator to +43 degrees trying to avoid this from happening, Refrigerator side had temperature swings for +/- 8 degrees. They replaced the control circuits and everything else that could be but did not help. Eventually company replaced it with same model. Which behaved just like the first unit.
