Bought new to replace an old leaking refrigerator. Overall is a nice refrigerator, but is not the best quality I would expect for the money. There are small quirks that I did not like, but nothing major.

It fits perfectky, inside is well organized and transparent. Love the position of ice make. More room for food. Lovely appliance.

Excellent looks and style at a great price. Counter Depth means it doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb in your kitchen!

Fridge serves its purpose. The door shelving is not so convenient, they have to be placed very specificley so the fridge can even close so u can’t put things like condiments of certain height in the door because it does not allow enough spacing.

Purchased this Whirlpool Refrigerator at a Best Buy Outlet Center. Had an issue with the water dispenser dripping after use. Other than that this has been a good purchase.

Was not available to view at my location so when it was delivered was surprised it did not come with the charcoal filter, as well as how few shelves it had in both the freezer / fridge areas. When purchasing wanted the stainless black but was told delivery was unknown. Sales person did say I could try the stainless model to see it would work as it could be delivered quicker, and could use the 14 day return policy to change to the black if desired. Was told it was an easy process and was given a toll free contact number. Unit seems to be working ok however, had to have the outlet changed in my house as plug (recessed) did not fit the new plug, and the delivery person was unable to level the usit / and units doors in my space (my house is only 14 yrs old). After have it in the house I do need to change the color. Call the toll free number was on hold over an hour. Then told to call the store directly, did that was cut off 3 different times trying to reach the correct person. Finally was told I need to contact (a different toll free number) when I finally reached some she gave me a return auth # and then told to call the store back again. I did this and now am told I have to come into the store to take care of it. I live a 1/2 hour from the store and as it Christmas time I now have to make a special trip to the store to try to complete the exchange which I was originally told was an easy process as Best Buy wants you to be happy with your purchase. Very frustrated, only hope now is that I can get this quared away after the visit to the store, and that the new unit can be leveled and work as it should for a long time.
