    your delivery company was paid to install the products but that said it was not workable within two days i had another company install your products they said everything was fine

    I would have rated maybe 4 stars, but the prompts for Best Buy are ridiculous and time consuming. It took an extremely long time to finally get to talk to someone in person. The initial fridge did not fit in the opening in my kitchen which was not found out until after the crew left. Had to wait another month for a new one that would. Best Buy did allow me to keep the one that didn't fit until the new one got here.
