Nice refrigerator. Wish it was bigger. Good for the two people in our household.

We purchased this same unit back in 2015 and it was wonderful. Mostly quiet and loved it. We sold the home and the new owners wanted it, so we sold it to them. We purchased it again a few weeks ago for a new home. However, I don't think Whirlpool builds them the same. The ice and water dispenser is much louder now. The ice dispenser dumps ice like its trying to break through the door. It also doesn't cool evenly. We had some issues with the temperature in both the freezer and fridge side. We also noticed the insulation coming out of the sides of the stainless steel. Overall, we weren't impressed. Its like they figured out this had great reviews, and started slapping them together faster, ignoring quality control. We returned it a week after it was delivered.

plenty of room in refrigerator and easy to organize with drawer space and in door shelving. I love the options for ice and water as well. Nice not to hear the constant beeping from my old one!

Nice fridge but noisy. Whirlpool needs to create a field kit to install to reduce noise level. Noise is irritating in a quiet room. Status panel needs service for trim around it.

Nice, more modern refrigerator that is smaller than the one I had.

I just wish it had a few more shelves especially in the freezer.

Purchased entire kitchen. Checked out pricing at other big box stores. Best Buy was definitely most competitive. I was not thrilled about having to purchase general multi-devise software support, but even with this addition price was best.

This refrigerator came with enough bells and whistles that satisfied the geek in me but not too much that it intimidated the wifey. She loves the looks and ease of use. Freezer was extremely cold in recommended settings. Highly efficient and highly recommended.

I purchased this refrigerator. It was damaged. Reported immediately. Promised a replacement and pickup of the damaged refrigerator. Paid my money in good faith. The new refrigerator was never delivered. Appointment after appointment canceled. Refunds promised. I finally had to purchase another refrigerator from a different company. Almost a month later still nothing. No pickup of the damaged refrigerator and no refund. I was told it was a problem within their system. Many apologies from Customer Service representatives, but still no refund. I have been a Best Buy customer for decades. I have spent literally hours on the phone trying to get someone to actually help me. I can’t give a positive rating for the refrigerator because I was never able to get a working one delivered.

The ice maker shoots ice everywhere...it always ends up on the floor.

Needed a replacement refrigerator, the opening is counter depth. This seemed to be the best buy for the spot. Delivery was on time and efficient. They hooked up the water line for the ice maker and hauled away the old one. Only complaint was the controls are hard to find

This unit was delivered and installed by the Geek Squad professionally. The removed the old one, and the install went smoothly

So far running fine, installed about 30 days ago, not a lot of use in vacation home

Too litle fridge space. Lots of wasted freezer space. Unit cane with 2 adjustable freezer shelves. 4 makes more sense. They rip you off at +$100 per extra shelf if you want to but extra. It fit the dimensions I had to work with in a rental. Limitd choices.
