Our fridge broke right at the start of the Coronavirus situation. I wanted something fast but didn't want to spend that much money on something I would hate. The original delivery date was postponed but 3 weeks later I had my fridge. We had to install it because of the pandemic - that was interesting! I like the fridge. It looks pretty. I had to buy an additional shelf for the freezer but in the reviews I had read, I expected that. It would be nice if they included it because that was an additional $114.00. My big thing is noise and the condenser on this is a bit loud but it only happens every once in awhile and for a very short time so it is bearable. It has not woken me up so that's good. My kitchen is small and not fancy so this works. We haven't had the water and ice hooked up yet because of the COVID 19 but I am looking forward to having that set up. If you don't want to spend a lot but want the side by side, this is a good option.

Just what we wanted in size and looks. Price was competitive. The only issue I have at this point is a bit noisey when running. You can hear a humming/buzzing noise when the compressor is running.

Overall this is a fine fridge. On the outside, it looks pretty good. Inside, the refrigerator space seems to be well used. The top shelf is challenging to organize, because of the water filter, air filter, and light all taking space away from what can be used for food / beverages. The freezer seems to be inefficient in space utilization. The area where the light is in the middle of the freezer is relatively useless because of the lack of shelves in that area, and the reduced depth due to the light. The ice maker has a hard time keeping up with 2-3 people using ice for drinks frequently. It is also louder in operation than a GE we bought at the same time, and it seems to run a lot more. OK purchase for the price, but nothing outstanding.

Not the most expensive fridge, but we are very happy. Purchased on Friday morning and was delivered Saturday morning! Counter-depth was necessary and saved a lot of space. Also the removable ice maker is very nice. One major downside is that the door-shelves were difficult to install; and the freezer door shelves pop out if you pull out an item while the shelf is full... Another downside is that the dispenser pads are a digital button, not a toggled-switch. This means that the ice maker takes a second to trigger, but I don't mind it. All in all very happy with the purchase. This seems like it will be a long-term fridge provided the dispenser switches and door-shelves stay intact.

It is smaller outside than most side by sides, but has a lot of space inside. It runs fairly quietly and looks great. The only criticism is that the shelves Do not have as many options for adjustable placement as my last fridge. The shelf supports are molded into the walls of the refrigerator. But I am happy with this purchase.

The white fridge is clean and fits perfectly in our office space. We needed a counter depth fridge that would not interfere with existing doors, and this worked perfectly. Ice maker is a bit louder than we would like, but the fridge has plenty of room for our 8 person office.

Great for counter depth. Look great. Nice lines. Small storage but that’s expected. Ice maker keeps up better than expected since we use a lot of ice.

Easy to organize and grab what you find in it. Simple and sturdy design inside and out. Water and ice are noticeably better than most. Excellent dispenser for ice and water. Buttons can be hard to make respond but usually don't need to press them since there are separate water snd ice dispensers. It is also not quite as quiet as other refrigerators but its still quiet enough.

We bought what was basically a 10-year newer model of our old refrigerator. For the most part it was an improvement - the water/ice dispenser area is cleaner, the displays are good, and functionally it works great. Plus it is one of 3 models that will fit the opening in our kitchen! But. Some changes are not as welcome. The butter/dairy tray in our previous model is gone, so we had to go back to a covered butter dish. There are fewer drawers and shelves in the freezer, forcing us to change how we had things arranged (try finding the thing you want in a hurry before the sauce burns!). Since this is a brand new model, finding replacement/additional parts is impossible, and the ones we did find that MIGHT match were horrible expensive because there are no generic versions. The water filter is in a more convenient place (inside at the top of the fridge portion) but it's half the size and I just KNOW we'll have to replace it more often. But generally (despite my gripes) we are pleased with this model, and would probably pick it again (plus it was on sale!) if we needed to.

We chose the Whirlpool Counter-Depth Refrigerator, after reading the reviews. The refrigerator cools nicely and looks great. The only complaint that we had is that there is a slight buzzing sound after the refrigerator is opened. We had it serviced and the air damper was replaced, hopefully this will eliminate or lessen the sound.

Our kitchen has limited space for a fridge so this one fit the bill nicely - but there are not many options for this exact size. It runs a little loud - but that may be normal for the first 72 hours of operation. Measured water dispensing is a nice feature. Bright LED lighting.

I love this refrigerator, counter depth is great. Interior is definitely smaller than I expected I do have an issue with stuff in the refrigerator freezing on the side next to the freezer. Not sure where Best Buy finds their installers but I am unable to pull the refrigerator out because the installers neglected to leave out the rollers. Now Best Buy wants me to pay to have geek squad come out and fix their installers missed work. Shouldn’t they send the installer out to fix their mess? Doesn’t seem fair I have to pay I’ve had bigger refrigerators installed by Lowe’s and Homepot and they put the rollers out making easy to pull in out in case of a leak behind the fridge. First and last time I purchase any big appliace from Best Buy. I do recommend this refrigerator but I don’t recommend have it installed by Best Buy.

Runs good so far. Ice maker and water dispenser work well, ended up hooking it up to my RO system. Only compliant is the compressor is a little noisy when it runs. We shall see how it holds up

Great looking and functional refrigerator that checks all the boxes. Being counter depth, it fits easily into any kitchen. Its also quite spacious on both sides for food storage. The water/ice dispenser works great, although it is a bit stiff to press at first. A nice feature is the measured fill, which can be set if you are refilling a mug often.

This unit look very nice. Functionally, it is okay. Pros: Looks nice, works, counter-depth (if it fits your needs) Cons: Needs more shelves! ridiculously large light bulbs/shields take up too much space, Loud Loud ice dispenser, does not actually display the temperature (you can see the setpoint but don't actually know what the temperature is), alarm triggers when the door has remained open too long and not due to temperatures being too high.

Decided it was time to replace the our older refrigerator. After some reading and shopping we settled on this model. It was slightly smaller than the unit it replaced, but we really didn’t use or need such a larger refrigerator. The newer models such as this one seem to have some interior design features that help better manage the smaller size units. As to the unit itself so far I like it, it does have a slightly louder noise to it when cooling, but for the most part it is not noticeable. One thing is certain the interior lights of this thing are incredibly bright. Shield your eyes if opening for a midnight snack this thing is blindingly bright inside. The water and ice maker seem to be operating as they should. I have noted a bit more of a plastic taste to the water despite by far exceeding the flushing instructions by the manufacturer. Hopefully that will fade, I intend to try a replacement filter in case that may be the issue which is possible. For the bad, well like so many places now the delivery was sub-contracted out. The young men who delivered it were nice enough but the unit was dented in two places coming through our front door also causing some minor trim and wall damage. In Best Buy’s defense they compensated us for the damage. The rest of the delivery story is well, at best a comedy of errors that had little to do with the refrigerator or Best Buy. So I would recommend this refrigerator if your looking for a mid-sized, mid-priced unit, having it about a month.

Perfect size, doesn't stick out too far. Love the ice maker in the door, gives me an extra shelf in the freezer, and so easy to get the bin in and out when I need lots of ice. I avoided stainless for years, but this finish is truly fingerprint-less! It's a beautiful fridge.

I like this fridge for the low cost and counter depth size. It's just the two of us. One misleading thing is the number of shelves in the freezer. It appears that two are missing but if that's the way it comes, then the manufacturer should make it clearer. A Best Buy person came to our home and measured our space and selected a fridge that would fit. It was the best service I've ever experienced.

We were seeking a well designed, reliable refrigerator that was cabinet depth so as to not stick out a lot from the kitchen cabinets. This model met our criteria and has so far proven reliable. It makes some usual noises at times when the ice maker drops cubes into its container, and there is some occasional water noises that are only a few seconds long. The compressor sound level is acceptable even in our combined kitchen/great room. The only negative we have in the design, which is a negative on multiple refrigerators these days, is the lack of flexibility in interior shelf positions. Shelf positions are molded into the interior sides--so if you have an item an inch too tall, you're out of luck. Everything else works well for us.
