We are so much happier with this refrigerator than our last- it looks very upscale for the price. Good temperature control. I love the front water dispenser measuring system.

We purchased about a month ago. Delivery and set up by Best Buy was excellent. Our last Whirlpool fridge lasted over 22 years. So, check back in about 10 years to truly evaluate performance. I would prefer a bin that closes in the door for dairy such as butter. Also, the shelves are limited in their ability to be adjusted. Temperature maintenance and ice/water functions have been very good. Overall, a good value and very good refrigerator.

Overall very happy with the purchase, but I've knocked 2 stars for the following reasons: 1) it does not come with enough freezer shelves. Be aware that you'll need to purchase 2 seperately (~$30 each) in order to have enough 2) Ice maker was defective on the initialunit. Best Buy customer service dida great job of handling the issue, but it's still a hassle

Overall I like Whirlpool Brand but this fridge could be greatly improved. The shelves feel cheap, the ice dispenser spills ice no matter how close you hold the glass to the dispenser, the freezer needs more shelves, and the fridge lighting is blinding at night. Still, THE WORST thing is that it's supposed to be fingerprint-proof or resistant but it's not. I was greatly disappointed in that because all my other Whirlpool appliances have no fingerprint issues.

For some people this refrigerator would be too noisy. I hear it often but it doesn't really bother me. The freezer could use one more shelf and the bins in the refrigerator are hard to use. When I put them in the slots that worked best for me they hit the shelf and the door would not close. I ended up just taking one of them out.

It works as it should other than it's the loudest refrigerator I've been around. I looked online and everyone post the same. I should've done more research. It's satisfactory for the price. Wouldn't purchase again.

Counter depth fridge is working well so far. Would have liked to have been able to stretch our dollar while obtaining a non counter depth refrigerator but our space did not accommodate a larger size. Don't understand why you're charged more for less space when it comes to counter depth refrigerators, counter intuitive. Fridge is working fine and we are enjoying it. Have not put it into full use yet as we are barely moving in to the new home. Purchased a second whirlpool refrigerator for additional space given the counter depth and we are expecting both to last a long time. Purchased the best buy warranties on both refrigerators for peace of mind after reading the mixed reviews on all refrigerators. Luck of the draw on the fabrication of your refrigerator so the warranty is insurance against gremlins or poor workmanship.

The refrigerator its self is nice. Smaller than my old one . Definitely going to have to get use to it . I had to buy this one because it was the cheapest I could find to fit my kitchen . That had an ice maker for my children. We have never owned a fridge with an ice maker . Hopefully when we can afford a bigger house we will be able to afford a bigger fridge from you all . Besides that .. the delivery men were outstanding! Have a great day ! Thank you

I was looking for a counter depth refrigerator to fit into a cubby of our new home. I was praying that it fir and it did! The original settings would freeze things in the refrigerator. Being counter length it is smaller in depth than most standard refrigerators but wider. i would not recommend this for a large family. Also every 45 minutes or so it makes some loud mechanical noise

I had to downsize to a counter depth refrigerator so I purchased this Whirlpool side by side. I was skeptical about the size but I love it. It took getting use to at first amd has ample space for my needs. I cook a lot and it has not been a problem sizewise for sroring irems. I love the water calibration system!

This fridge fits our needs well for the two of us. I like the quick ice function to make the ice a little quicker than the normal mode. The only complaint so far is that there really needs to be another shelf provided in the freezer section. There are only four shelves and we’ll need to purchase another one to take full advantage of the freezer space.

This refrigerator works very well. However we did have to send it back for a replacement because it was extremely noisy. The second one is fine. We’re very happy with it.

Counter depth still has lots of shelf space. Well lit on all shelves. A little noisy at times.

This is a nice fridge and it works well. My biggest complaint is that there seems to be limited shelf space especially in the freezer. Including more shelves that customer could choose to use or not use would be helpful. This fridge has more cubic space but has way less shelf space than my old fridge.

This unit fits in a counter-depth space. The stainless steel doors are smooth and easy to keep clean. It has plenty of space inside, and keeps everything at a consistent temperature despite “frequent”door openings. The shelves are set at fixed heights, so it took some thought for how to arrange our foods inside, but the shelves are also very easy to remove for cleaning, unlike the shelves with adjustable position supports in our previous fridge. The ice and water dispensers are particularly neat. The ice maker is entirely within the door, freeing up shelf space, and you can set the water dispenser to give you a measured - and accurately measured at that - amount of cold, filtered water. This was a great deal, since it was on sale, but it would have been well worth full price.

We got this fridge has an open box Item! Color is sleek brand is known and it’s working great. I love the icemaker has a turn on and off switch so it doesn’t overflow. It also has the option to keep the light on or just the panel lights on for ice and water. The only thing I dislike is that it doesn’t have much room than a top freezer fridge/freezer. Overall i’d recommend this to a small family.

This reasonably priced refrigerator is a replacement for a very expensive Bosch 800 series refrigerator which intermittently leaked water from defective tubing. The Whirlpool refrigerator fits the space nicely and provides water and ice through the door. No one will mistake the construction and components for upper end, but if it continues to function for a reasonable time it will be a good value.
