Beautiful fridge and very sleek. Fits perfectly in my kitchen. Looks deceiving but it actually holds a lot of items.

Overall a great counter depth refrigerator. Sleek design and plenty of space. Simple water and ice maker controls.

Excellent value and large capacity. Make this washing machine welcome in our laundry room. Our previous LG worked for about 15 years and literally did thousands of loads before it needed to be replaced. I will continue to be an LG customer.

Only a month in use but is quite a nice appliance. Its quiet and quite big with lots of storage. Love the ice maker with ice storage on the door freeing up a shelf.

Read this before you decide to buy this Whirlpool refrigerator or any Whirlpool refrigerator. We bought a new home in May 2020, and purchased this refrigerator. We installed it and moved in July 2020. By June 2021 (less than 1 year) two of the bins completely failed, with the plastic breaking. And the latch on the ice bucket broke rendering the ice machine useless. I opened a ticket with Whirpool and spoke to their customer care supervisors about my experience and they sent me a link to Repair Clinic to order new parts. They also let me know these parts were only covered for 30 days under their "cosmetic" warranty. They never once apologized for my experience with their product, nor offered any type of support to resolve the issue. So I'm issuing you fair warning, it's a cheap product. The drawers will break. The latches will break. And there's nothing you can do short of paying large sums of money to order replacement parts to stay on top of the maintenance. Find another brand that manufactures a quality product and stands behind it.

Love my new refrigerator. Keeps everything nice and cold. Ice maker and water dispenser is nice on a hot summer day.

Would have given 5 points if they had put 2 more shelves in the freezer. There is certainly room for them and would allow me more room to put items in neatly. Love water and ice dispenser and print free finish.

This was the cheapest side by side counter depth refrigerator amoung smashing, Lg and Whirlpool.Space is adequate and functionalilty\feature is decent. There were some white spots on corner ( seems to be known issues with Whirlpool) ..Apart from it, refrigerator is okay and good for daily use

Nice fridge. Specifically like the ice maker and how you can open up the compartment inside to scoop out ice . Only thing we don't like is that the door handles do not line up evenly. Installer attempted to fix but couldn't. Noticed this problem in the store display model as well.

After 16 years with bisque appliances I upgraded to Whirlpool Black Stainless Steel. Have only had them a week but so far I am thrilled with counter depth side by side fridge, dishwasher with stainless steel interior, convection/regular range, and overhead mounted microwave. My sales representative pointed me to just the right items to fulfill my needs without breaking the bank. Delivery and installation was AWSOME and as promised. The black stainless looks great with my new granite countertops.

My refrigerator is not even 3 months old and this will be the 3rd time I am having it serviced. The ice maker makes more frost than ice. The filter was so loud you could hear it through the entire house until they replaced it and now not even 3 months old it has stopped cooling. It is a piece of garbage. My family urged me to return it at the beginning but I wanted to give it a chance. DONT BUY IT.

This is my first refrigerator, for a new home purchase. I wanted a counter depth fridge, and i wanted a few, but not all the "desirable" features seen in fridges nowadays. The refrigerator is quiet and provides ample storage for enough food for 2-3 people. The Ice dispenser works well, offering a choice of cues or crushed ice as well as icewater. The automated, pre-measured water dispenser is superfluous to my needs and i haven't tried it. The fridge is attractive and it matches the other stainless steel appliances in my kitchen.

The fridge arrived missing two refrigerator bins and two freezer shelves. The crisper bin in the refrigerator is flimsy and doesn’t slide in and out easily.

Noisey, draws to small, don’t like space taken in fridge top area shelf by water filter and fresh flow. Didn’t noticed those inconvenience till we bought it and had it installed. Takes space of bigger gallon or large bottles.

We love this fridge. Counter depth so it fits nice and flush with cabinets. Plenty of room in fridge and freezer.

I absolutely love my refrigerator!! I was concerned I wouldn’t have enough room in the side-by-side but I don’t have a problem the space. And I love that it doesn’t stick out 4 or 5 inches past the cabinets. it’s so easy to keep clean. And the water filter is so easy to change.

This appliance is AMAZING! It looks very modern. Everything works as it should. Very pleased customer!!!!

met all needs, ice make and water dispenser in door was easy to operate. Temperature was easy to adjust.

I would give this a 5 star, but the front panels seem to have slight dents in them and the inside of the fridge can be loud at times. Those two things aside, I love this fridge! Wish it was cheaper, since technically its "smaller" than most.
