Beautiful refrigerator works great. Good price, I’m so happy for my choice!

Freezer side is large enough; refrigerator is small. There are 2 slots in freezer where glass shelved are not provided, but, are needed. Only OEM will fit and it costs $100 per shelf. Also no filter was provided for the filter spot. For $1700, this is incredibly cheap of Whirlpool. Sound is louder than expected.

Bought the fridge for a rental unit. It's perfect, needed counter depth & stainless steel. Looks great. The instore experience was excellent. The installers were courteous, timely, very happy with the experience. Tenant happy. Great, all the way around.

It's pretty quite most of the time but you can hear it a but when it is humming. Plenty of space. Everything is nice and cold. Ice cubes can be larger and if that's the biggest concern, it's not an issue. Price is great for a counter depth fridge.

Bought this model April 2018, worked fine until the ice maker failed to make ice. Called repairman found broken wires at bottom of freezer door. Poor design, new door cost over $1,000. Did not replace not would get this model again since others have the same issues with no help from the manufacturer

We love the Refrige. plenty of room, water dispenser works great.

It is very quiet. The Stainless Steel is so easy to keep clean. Adjustable shelves on both the freezer and Refridgeator side. Panel on the door is your computer. Tels you everything you need to know. Happy with this Fridge!

The refrigerator doesn’t “feel” well made. The doors feel light and the drawers and shelves are flimsy. The water and ice machine are loud. The digital screen is not user friendly. The refrigerator looks attractive and goes well with our kitchen, but my last refrigerator lasted 21+ years. I don’t think I’ll get 10 years out of this one.

We have a refrigerator that cost more than 3 times what this one cost, and it’s not any better. It doesn’t have the Las test styling, but it’s a very good product, at a good price, that works well and looks good.

This product fulfilled all my expectations about a new and modern refrigerator with freezer, ice maker and water dispenser which includes automatic measurement of the amount of liquid dispensed. The temperature can be regulated from outside.

We’re happy with the fridge overall just wish there was more functional space in the freezer.

Best inside lighting I have experienced on a refrigerator. Easy to find stuff. Could use some shelving for smaller items.

When I purchased this Counter Depth Refrigerator, I thought the space inside will be minimal, however, I was surprised with how much space it has inside including Freezer left hand side. I would recommend buying this appliance especially if it is at the deeply discounted sale price.

Overall, this is a good quality product. However, the ice dispenser is difficult to use. It requires lots of effort to make it work. Also, the unit is missing three shelves, two in the freezer and one in the refrigerator. I have to call whirlpool to inquire about that.

There was very little depth in this frig. However it looks good in our kitchen.

Among the items for which this fridge was selected was the placement of its water filter; it's at eye level, rather than just above the floor where one must get down on one's knees to change it. About to have my second TKR, this eye level access will become a godsend. BestBuy's installers made sure to leave clearance for my walker between the fridge & other appliances.

Haven’t had a side by side for several years but bought this counter depth one. It’s smaller but fine for a small family.

Like that it is touchscreen, easy to clean on the outside, the shelves are glass. Just wished it had more space inside. But overall so happy with my purchase.
