Read this before you decide to buy this Whirlpool refrigerator or any Whirlpool refrigerator. We bought a new home in May 2020, and purchased this refrigerator. We installed it and moved in July 2020. By June 2021 (less than 1 year) two of the bins completely failed, with the plastic breaking. And the latch on the ice bucket broke rendering the ice machine useless. I opened a ticket with Whirpool and spoke to their customer care supervisors about my experience and they sent me a link to Repair Clinic to order new parts. They also let me know these parts were only covered for 30 days under their "cosmetic" warranty. They never once apologized for my experience with their product, nor offered any type of support to resolve the issue. So I'm issuing you fair warning, it's a cheap product. The drawers will break. The latches will break. And there's nothing you can do short of paying large sums of money to order replacement parts to stay on top of the maintenance. Find another brand that manufactures a quality product and stands behind it.

Ok product. Definitely a middle of the road in quality and features. Works well so far.

The frig seemed to be easy to hook up! Since I purchased it a month ago everything seems to be working great!

This is probably the best refrigerator on the market. I did a lot of research before purchasing it, and it didn't let me down. Refrigerator and freezer storage is great as well. It makes my kitchen look a heck of a lot better.

Works as expected. The water dispenser level is a difficult to actuate, but works well when held firmly.

This is my 3rd Whirlpool refrigerator. Among counterdepth refrigerators, this one provides higher storage capacity.

EXCELLENT VALUE. EASY INSTALLATION. HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH WATER AND ICE DISPENSER WITH SAMSUNG SO AM PLEASED THAT THIS WHIRLPOOL WORKS SO SEAMLESSLY. HAVE JUST PURCHASED A SECOND FOR OUR BASEMENT.

So far it seems to be a very good investment. No complaints.

THE TEMPERATURE ON THE FRIG TOP SHELF NOT STABLE SET AT 33 DEGREES,IT WOULD DROP 27 DEGREES OR FREEZE THE FOOD ON THE TOP SHELF .IT'S BEING RETURNED.

Had the fridge for 2 months now and it has features that is easy to use. Also has a measuring feature for water. its a quiet fridge and keeps its temperature where it needs to be to keep food cold. Highly recommended

Good overall refrigerator. Not enough shelves and no butter compartment. Not impressed with ice/water dispenser.

I WAs needing a stainless steel fridge that was finger proof due to my 4 children. This fridge not only looks nice but does it’s job. I was a little hesitant to buy due to reviews but I hope this helps

We ordered the refrigerator online and it was delivered within a few days. The price was lower than other places we shopped online at. The delivery people were very friendly and helpful. No hassle, no drama just great experience throughout.
