I like the way the interior is set up. There's plenty of room for everything. And although the light covers do not fit very well, it doesn't cause any trouble. The ice and water interface is very well designed, as well. I've never owned any Whirlpool products, so this is a first. But based on this refrigerator I would buy other items.

Was not available to view at my location so when it was delivered was surprised it did not come with the charcoal filter, as well as how few shelves it had in both the freezer / fridge areas. When purchasing wanted the stainless black but was told delivery was unknown. Sales person did say I could try the stainless model to see it would work as it could be delivered quicker, and could use the 14 day return policy to change to the black if desired. Was told it was an easy process and was given a toll free contact number. Unit seems to be working ok however, had to have the outlet changed in my house as plug (recessed) did not fit the new plug, and the delivery person was unable to level the usit / and units doors in my space (my house is only 14 yrs old). After have it in the house I do need to change the color. Call the toll free number was on hold over an hour. Then told to call the store directly, did that was cut off 3 different times trying to reach the correct person. Finally was told I need to contact (a different toll free number) when I finally reached some she gave me a return auth # and then told to call the store back again. I did this and now am told I have to come into the store to take care of it. I live a 1/2 hour from the store and as it Christmas time I now have to make a special trip to the store to try to complete the exchange which I was originally told was an easy process as Best Buy wants you to be happy with your purchase. Very frustrated, only hope now is that I can get this quared away after the visit to the store, and that the new unit can be leveled and work as it should for a long time.

Good model very quiet . Nice size and sits flush I haven’t had any problems out of the the appliance

After using refrigerator for a few weeks, not sure of quality seem to want to freeze items in refrigerator, ice maker very slow, extremely small

Nice refrigerator, but my last 2 Whirlpool refrigerators had ice makers that produced an odd taste in the ice. Now have Samsung and ice taste is very good.

This was our replacement fridge for the one whose cooling died. It's been working beautifully and is the perfect size for our space!
