Too litle fridge space. Lots of wasted freezer space. Unit cane with 2 adjustable freezer shelves. 4 makes more sense. They rip you off at +$100 per extra shelf if you want to but extra. It fit the dimensions I had to work with in a rental. Limitd choices.

So far running fine, installed about 30 days ago, not a lot of use in vacation home

Needed a fridge that had filtered water, Great Buy

I purchased this refrigerator. It was damaged. Reported immediately. Promised a replacement and pickup of the damaged refrigerator. Paid my money in good faith. The new refrigerator was never delivered. Appointment after appointment canceled. Refunds promised. I finally had to purchase another refrigerator from a different company. Almost a month later still nothing. No pickup of the damaged refrigerator and no refund. I was told it was a problem within their system. Many apologies from Customer Service representatives, but still no refund. I have been a Best Buy customer for decades. I have spent literally hours on the phone trying to get someone to actually help me. I can’t give a positive rating for the refrigerator because I was never able to get a working one delivered.

This unit was delivered and installed by the Geek Squad professionally. The removed the old one, and the install went smoothly

Great product but I purchased TOTALTECH and the store and customer service says I didn't but I have to ue receipt and the totaltech id

The family loves the refrigerator we got it for a great price

This was a very contrasting experience with respect to SEARS. This team came in on time and did their job properly. They delivered the Fridge much earlier than SEARS offered. Great service (Thank you!)

Our whirlpool side by side has more room than the models with the freezer in the bottom. several more shelves in the side by side. it also has the cubed or crushed ice option in the water dispenser. best deal for the money.

good but missing parts, delivery people are very good

it's small. And to make the small factor worse, it has airflow fans that you can not block on the top shelf and through out. it's impossible not to block since space is tight to begin with. if u block it your food items will freeze. terrible terrible design. and it has a air filter to replace. never had to replace an air filter before?? just bad overall

Installation was not as on contract. Part not there and installer didn’t know what he was talking about. Said I needed a plumber which I got but didn’t need. Ended up costing me extra money unnecessarily.also there were 2 shelves missing in the freezer. Whirlpool has sent them to me. Biggest problem with Best Buy is talking to someone and you can’t call the store to talk to the person that helped you in the beginning. He was great.

The refrigerator doors are not flush at the bottom so I asked for them to come out and fix it and they said they could do nothing for it so they ordered me a new one and I’m gonna try again hopefully it’ll be OK I’ve heard some bad things about the whirlpool doors and it’s the seal that’s causing a problem I don’t understand why they can’t just change the seal but hopefully the new refrigerator will be fine

This refrigerator is on it’s way back! The noisiest refrigerator I have ever heard. Very limited space in both the refrigerator and the freezer.

Not the best quality with shelves.. I doubt they hold heavy items! Bought as a replacement from a more expensive refrigerator as part of sale. It’s a great price but would want it for myself. It feels like freezer shelves are missy!

Great combo fridge / Freezer. Really like the ice cube dispenser on the freezer side. You do have to follow fridge instructions to permit adequate airflow to prevent food "freezing" in the fridge.

Good second refrigerator. Smaller ice capacity since it is countertop depth. First choice was standard depth, but was not available. Fortunately “open box” unit was available for discount.
