Refrigerator so far is good and very useful. Great product and Brand can be trusted so far.

water stopped dispensing 4 weeks after purchase. its on warranty and told by repair man who is contracted out will be $ 138.00 just to come out they came out and thought it was dishwasher repair and had to come back maybe next week to repair water dispenser on refridgerator. paid $ 2000.00 and already malfunctioned not sure I would recommend this product depends on if it can be repaired

we like the new fridge, nice looking, but the drawers are a little small inside, especially in the freezer side

We required the odd size of this fridge for our condo. We found that it was actually roomier than the one we replaced which was a Bosch. The door shelves were sturdier & the water filter cartridge will be FAR easier to replace based on its location inside the fridge. As for installation, Best Buy’s contractors were highly efficient and professional. This was a very smooth purchase and delivery transaction.

It isn't installed yet . the sales person was very informant and very kind and nice. she worked hard to make every right.

It’s not well designed because the shelves are not adjustable and only comes with three in the freezer! Also temp was hard to set because it was freezing food in the refrigerator side if I set it to 42 degrees and if I set it to 43 degrees then food was spoiled! I’m not happy at all with this product which I paid more for a counter depth!

Definitely NOT what I thought I was getting. The counter depth is significantly smaller than a regular size refrigerator. Not a great representation of what was described by the salesperson. And it make a loud noise when it dumps ice or refills the waterline - I am not sure when it makes the noise. Very Very disappointed in the quality. Our top bottom extra refrigerator (old fashion white) is nicer than this refrigerator.

I was so happy to still get a side by side. I was hesitant on going stainless, but the smudge proof feature is great!

Good looking refrigerator with a large container to hold the ice from the ice maker. The Samsung driver we bought previously had a tiny ice maker.

Runs quietly, lots of space and shelves in fridge and freezer are adjustable. Even the filtered water tastes better than from my other fridge - clean and cool!

Ordered a refrigerator and stove without measuring door entrance stove fit but not refrigerator returned it ordered a counter depth with no problems

My wife and I selected this model for a rental property we just purchased. It has all the features that make this an upgrade in any rental property.

We've had this fridge/freezer just over a year and we've had repair techs out twice, I just set up a third repair appointment today for yet another problem. The ice-maker has stopped functioning and it is dripping water constantly from the ice dispenser. I would have thought for the relatively high cost of this appliance it would have functioned a great deal better than this!
