My red a smaller sized refrigerator to fit in the space, I found this one would be my best option, after exhaustive search. Best Buy had a fair price so I ordered it online and was able to pick my delivery date. Delivery and installation was very good. This is first time we have had a side by side refrigerator and I like the idea of being able to see what is in the freezer easily. The refrigerator side is plenty spacious for our situation.

We moved from a house that had room for a full-size refrigerator so having to adjust to this counter depth refrigerator was going to be difficult for me. We previously had a very expensive Samsung refrigerator and the icemaker constantly froze over and worked about 15% of the time. This refrigerator fit perfectly in our counter depth space and holds more than enough food. The icemaker is absolutely fabulous, you can either get ice from the door with your glass or you can open the freezer door and grab handfuls of ice very easily out of the ice holder.

I just got rid of my LG after 10 years , this one was a good deal for 1300.00 , and I had to go with this size . It makes wierd noises inside but quiet in the outside . Not as roomy as my LG with lower fridge but I got sick of that .

I love my fridge, good space and the in door ice doesn't take up as much space as other models. I like the separate ice and water dispenser. i do have some cold spots in the refrigerator side and some times i freeze things if i pack it to full and block air flow, but there is even a reminder right in the unit that says don't block this section, so really my falut.

This new purchase for my renovating home was exactly what i wanted for my new modern kitchen. Its size fitted perfectly in the corner of my kitchen. It is very spacious and maintains all my groceries fresh.

Overall I’m pleased. Probably could have gone slightly larger, but since my wife wanted counter depth this was a good price and works well. Looks nice, and I really like the ice and water dispensers. Happy with my purchase.

Great fridge and having the precise temperature control on the outside is really handy. My only negative for it is that it doesn't come with shelves. One more shelf for each side would make the storage way better.

Refrigerator has great lighting, controls and door shelves. The water and ice dispenser takes up a lot of room in the freezer, so it is essential to have another shelf in the freezer to better organize food.

This fridge is nice it runs very quite and does what its designed to do and does it well. So far the only two complaints i have is that the ice maker when you go to get ice is a but loud and its a fingerprint magnet. I needed a "counter-level" fridge and this one fit into my shallow space very well. Oh and a cool feature that i didn't know it had is a measurement feature for the water. You tell it how many ounces of water you want and hit go and it will give you that amount of water "if calibrated" so that was pretty slick.

Whoever installs for best buy does an amazing job. My only issue is the refrigerator door sometimes gets stuck, and you cannot open the refrigerator. The refrigerator also fits prefect between my wall and my countertop in the kitchen. I would say make sure you measure the depth because I had ordered my first one from Costco and they damaged my newly built house bringing it in, so I returned that refrigerator and had best buy install this size which is also smaller. I like it, I do not like the light in the freezer at the bottom, it looks very cheap. Other than the cheap looking light, and the refrigerator locking its an good refrigerator.

THE FRIDGE IS A GOOD SIZE FOR A SINGLE PERSON BECAUSE THE FRIDGE IS NOT HUGE TOSTORE A LOT BUT ITS GOOD SO YOU CAN LIMIT YOUR SPENDING AND FOOD SPOILAGE.

We are pleased with our purchase, however we did have some issues. We had 3 deliveries of this product with us accepting the last delivery despite the visible damages on the side and back of the fridge. The first 2 deliveries had minor dents but the main issue was the air filter assembly that looked like it was installed incorrectly. There was a major gap between the fridge wall and the assembly. However Best Buy was generous enough to compensate us for the physical damages found on the 3rd delivery. The fridge is working properly, we have not had any issues so far and we do like the look and extra dispenser features compared to our old Whirlpool Gold Series (that one lasted 8 years).

Great refrigerator. Looks beautiful. I really like the counter depth. Lots of storage in the fridge. The freezer is nice but I don’t care for the ice maker on the door. My old version seemed like the freezer had more room.

Sleek and classy looking, spacious fridge and freezer, well lit, convenient ice maker

My sales person was very patient in working to locate just the right depth refrigerator for the space I had to work with. My past refrigerator stuck out into the room cutting off the walk space and making the kitchen feel cramped. This refrigerator is the least depth of any counter depth on the market. It was reasonably price and gives the kitchen an updated look with the stainless steel front.

I like the refrigerator. It fits the space nicely. It however is kind of loud.

It is a bit small for what we were expecting. You can not have anything touch the back or the sides or it will freeze. It works you just need to learn how to place things in the fridge. We love that there are 2 lights in the fridge. The drawers are a bit small. We are a family of 4 so it is just a functionality issue for us. Would like to have more self placement options. The freezer is hard to get things to stack or place. I am not sure why, but things seems to slide. The glass shelves seem flimsy and thin. So far so good, it is a fridge it keeps food well. You just need to see if this is what you need to work for you.

I've had this Whirlpool refrigerator for about a month now and I love it! I love the logical and functional layout of the refrigerator that can accommodate tall bottles of wine and has ample storage for fruits, veggies and meat. I like the side-by-side design and the easily accessible water and ice dispensers. The ice maker is a bit loud but has many redeeming qualities that makes it a winner!

I trusted Best Buy: they literally delivered this galley-sized, attractive Whirlpool ASAP. I was caught off guard when my previous refrigerator conked out last August. I immediately ordered the Whirlpool, BB, during a heat-wave. Also survived during a limited supply chain issue. Went into camping & coping mode: cooler, bags of ice, haha, while accepting that replacement Whirlpool wd take 10 days to arrive. I was patient (tried to be realistic.) I was clever enough to add-on BB Total Tech Support. The Whirlpool is just great. Yes: tiny teeny freezer. I learned not to over-react & over-buy. I know there will be another sale. All the detailed assets are working as described. Whirlpool is very quiet. It makes ice, dispenses filtered water, amen. I’m happy with it, almost one year in.
