I bought this fridge because of the look and the brand. However after settling with Best Buy for a horrific delivery experience (the delivery guys ripped a huge gash across my brand new hardwood) I thought that would be the end of the headache. I’ve had it now for 6 months and I can only use the middle of the fridge because stuff put deep along the inner wall will be totally frozen and stuff close to the door will not cool properly. Terrible experience with both Best Buy and whirlpool.

Love this counter depth refrigerator. It is a smaller fridge but it holds a lot and helps you stay organized. The color is great.

Love our new fridge! We the love the color and it’s a perfect size for our home and our lives. We love the measured fill and in door ice maker.

This refrigerator is spacious. Has plenty of drawer space. i love that it measures your ounces of water as you are pouring.

First one BestBuy tried to delivery came with a big dent in the side so we refused it. Second one came with small dent and we reluctantly accepted it, however, later found that inside door bins were missing, air filter missing and produce preserver missing. Trying to get BestBuy to address this issue is frustrating as we have spent hours on the phone on hold trying to have the missing parts delivered. BestBuy is so disorganized and under staff that I can no long recommend them as a place to buy any appliances. For the refrigerator we can only say the quality control seems to be bad as we keep getting damaged products delivered.

So many improvements from my previous whirlpool refrigerator of 3 years ago. Love the changes and the new color!

Holds a lot for a smaller sized fridge. Sunset bronze stainless steal is warm and inviting. Highly recommend!

Keep food properly cooled in this Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator. The exterior water and ice system and touch controls are easy to reach without opening the doors, eliminating unnecessary temperature fluctuations, and the interior crisper drawers keep produce fresh and reduce waste. This 20 cu. ft. capacity Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator provides ample space for food storage.

Only downside is the freezer storage is awkward. A traditional top freezer holds way more items

Matches the rest of our appliances, looks beautiful, but loud vibrating noise coming from it.

Who needs a standard depth when a counter depth will do? Vesuvius didn't erupt for nothing. What a day! What a life! This is a great fridge.

My two year old LG, expensive four door (one is a drawer in the middle) broke down in the summer. I replaced it with this simpler two door Whirlpool. I am happy with its operation.

I love the refrigerator it’s a little small in department size for storage. So I had to reorder the next larger size. Waiting for it to come it. Very excited

Purchased all the set for the bundle love this fridge raider the only thing I would say is more storage in the freezer

Only had it for a day but everything seems fine. I had to buy more shelves for the freezer and compartments for the fridge door. They were very expensive and I think for the price of the appliance there should have been more shelves and baskets that came with the fridge.
