We were restricted my current cabinets in our kitchen, but this one fit the dimensions perfectly. Love the fridge so far. Freezer is perfect for the amount of food we keep in there and ice maker makes a ton of ice. Fridge is layed out perfectly for us.

Considering that I have limiting space requirements, this paticular model packs a lot of features into a compactly designed space. Both the refrigerator and freezer compartments maintain superior temperature uniformity with fluctuations in the cycling generally not more than 2 or 3 degrees from the ideal set points. Also the unit has been able to recover quickly from increases in temperature when the doors have remained opened for an extended period of time. This was particulary important to me because of my experience with another brand’s model which I owned for only 2 months. That unit’s temperature fluctuations were wildy variant, and the manufacturer was unable to rectify the problem with two service visits. This brings me to what turned out to be a favorable customer service experience with BestBuy. The manufacturer of the old unit eventually consented to a store credit which I was able to apply to the purchase of the new Whirlpool unit. The personnel at the BestBuy Woodbridge, NJ store excelled both with product knowledge and in handling the store credit and change out of the old unit for the new Whirlpool unit.

Love the new refrigerator. We had a small one that came with our park mobile. It worked fine just very little room. This one when you open the doors you can see everything. Plenty of storage bins on the sides. It was just installed so will have more comments once we’ve had it for a while

It’s looking good perfect size for my place, so far is working like other because is it NEW , bad thing is ice maker should not open like design it was also look at my picture how many ice cube is make from march 08,2020 until now (almost 50 days) just 16 cubes.

Bought a Whirlpool 19.7 french door with freezer on bottom Refrigerator. It was delivered on time with know problems and set up for us and runs great. Thank you Best buy, really satisfied

After searching for about 2 weeks I made the great decision to purchase this 30 inch fridge and it was a good decision. I couldn’t be more pleased and I like that the ice maker at the bottom in freezer as opposed to being on the door. It is the perfect width for my space. Can’t go wrong with this!

So far so good…fits space perfectly…water lock is a great feature…drop down shelf on the left side of the middle shelf works for tall bottles…overall I recommend for a small family…interior capacity not large enough for a big one.

It's a small size refrigerator if you compare with other french style refrigerators. But it has plenty of space. It's a win / win. Fair price and good size.

This is a good quality refrigerator. It’s just meant for a couple not for a family of 4 to 5. You have to be very organized and shop once a week. Good for small area and for 2 people. Wouldn’t recommend it for 4 people you will have to shop twice a week so you might find yourself eating out more.

Nice refrigerator 20 cubic ft. Fits in our small space. Draws an Shelves could be a little more robust, No egg holder??

This refrigerator was just what we needed to replace one that was on it's last leg. The appliance salesperson was particularly knowledgeable and helped us get all the features we were seeking.

Top shelf will not fit certain items. Set to allow as tall an item as possible the lower shelves become less useful.

Excellent refrigerator that’s great for small spaces and has a ton of room inside and has good on door space as well. Lower freezer is spacious as well. I love it.

Nice built refrigerator Everything works very good

Very disappointed in this purchase. First the tray on the water dispenser is missing. When received phone call following delivery was told that the tray would be sent and will receive with 10 days. To date have not received it. Also whirlpool has updated features on this model except making a stainless steel one. Shelving isn’t adjustable, shelving on doors are also smaller. The filters aren’t easy to access.

I have had this refrigerator for almost a year now and I must say I love it. It was the perfect size and I’ve had no faults or issues

I’m so glad I found this perfect size for my cabinets and still have my ice maker inside the freezer.
