This is my first time buying an appliance from Best Buy. First one delivered had many scratches inside and out. It was exchanged for the same type a week later. Second refrigerator had foam showing through trim plus scratches and the control buttons appeared to hold water. Pictures are provided. Do not get rid of existing appliance until you are totally satisfied.

Terrible machine with the same problem as another person reviewing - will not get colder than 42 degrees, yet freezes food in the crispers and drawers. I suspect I might have received the one Best Buy hauled away since that reviewer got a replacement — with the SAME problem. Also, the layout of this thing is awkward, so you can’t see the food. This purchase was a such a huge mistake. And such a hassle.

All the shelves are fixed so you cannot put a gallon of milk in here ~ cheap construction... very small inside - doors never shut all the way unless you really push firmly and no alarm tells you door is ajar ..had to return

Two weeks after delivery everything is frozen, No response from Best Buy

I purchased this model three weeks ago and so far I like it a lot. I was not looking for a French door refrigerator but it was the one that fit my apartment and I like it better than a side-by-side model. It is quiet. It fits nicely in my small space. The ice maker and the water dispenser work fine, and they are filtered by a replacement water filter. The retracting shelf provides the room I need for taller bottles. The freezer location is much easier on my back and holds all I need. The plastic storage bins are cheap, but I found that to be true in all current refrigerators. I purposely purchased from Best Buy so that if necessary I could utilize my Geek Squad membership and was very pleased with the sales person and the delivery.

I needed to replace titre old appliances that were starting to break in my new condo. I wanted a French door fridge that would fit into the tighter space that a smaller low-end Frigidaire fridge was slotted into and this Whirlpool was one of the few models that would fit. I was nervous after years of owning Samsung and LG appliances, but went ahead and bought the fridge, along with a Whirlpool range, microwave and dishwasher in a bundle. That was a great decision. This fridge is very well designed and has a lot of room and flexibility inside of it for being compact. There are two large fresh produce drawers — I use the smaller one for cheese and the larger one for vegetables & fruit. They stay fresh thanks to Whirlpool’s filter technology that they have you install on setup. The flexible shelves inside the fridge doors are rearrangeable and have plenty of room for milk, juice, drinks, condiments, butter and eggs. The freezer is a standard two-level drawer with conventional tubs and an ice maker. It holds about two weeks of frozen food for a household of two, and the ice maker is quiet and fills up an empty tub of ice within about five to seven hours. The filtered water dispenser on the front of a compact fridge is welcome. It doesn’t dispense ice (you need to to to the freezer for that), but water comes out nicely filtered and ice cold. This is a lot of fridge and freezer for the money, and for the space it takes up. I’m glad I bought it. The only negative on the unit is a small one — the right hand fridge door closes “lightly,” so make sure you press it fully closed. I have had the fridge alarm ring out because I didn’t fully close it after grabbing an item so have become accustomed to giving it a press to ensure it is fully closed.

This refrigerator fits perfectly in my small space. It has plenty of storage inside. I like the drop shelf that allows for upright storage of tall items. I stumbled upon this model by accident but have been very happy with it so far.

Excellent storage bins for meat, fruit and fresh veggies. Keeps contents cold, even milk and juice bottles in door shelves. Attractive design, good value, fits in 30 inch wide space, good size for small kitchen. Plus ice maker and freezer in bottom and handy water dispenser in door.

Although less roomy than most French door refrigerators, it is perfect for a small family. Well designed and quiet. I would recommend it for those reasons and the space-saving size.

After 3 weeks of use, I have to say this is a very nice refrigerator. It looks awesome and is quiet and convenient. I had a small space, so I had to go with smaller Cu. Ft. It holds a great deal of food. My only minor complaints are the freezer is sectioned off so you have to get creative if you want to freeze anything that comes in a large box, like a frozen pizza. And there isn't much space for gallons of milk or pitchers of drinks. But all in all, if you have a smaller space and you want a French door, this is a great option.

I have size restrictions and searched refrigerators for weeks. This one had it all, capacity, great reviews, and it just fit! Unfortunately failed to consider the doorways in my 1910 home. Would have needed a carpenter to get it even into the house. However, I had the opportunity to experience how the refrigerator performed for almost two weeks, (on my front porch). Great capacity, it is quite deep, but that is such a plus. Kept everything good and cold without any unwanted freezing. Tons of storage in the doors with moveable shelves. It is very nice looking. Without the exterior dispensers, this helps to add storage capacity. This refrigerator has an interior water dispenser which I was very excited about but did not get the chance to use. I think this feature is an extra plus. The two issue I saw, not fingerprint resistant. Cleans up easily with ss cleaner, but tends to show every grimmie paw print. Also, and I imagine this is universal, doors with alarms so that you do not by mistake leave the door open, they go off after a certain amount of time, on my front porch, annoying for neighbors I imagine. For the price, you can not go wrong with this one.

First of all, I love the look of this fridge. The stainless steel design goes great with the rest of the appliances in my kitchen. The freezer has a ton more space than I previously had and there is always ice in the ice maker so I never have to worry about putting a tray in there. The top doesn't seem too big but is an efficient design to get the most out of the space and I can fit a ton of things. The water temperature is a little finicky - typically we need to get about 8 oz of water before it starts getting colder. Other than that, awesome fridge.

Fits great in a 30” slot. Love the French doors and the freezer on the bottom makes it easier to get to things. Had initial issues with crisper drawer falling off its rails. Was quickly fixed under warranty. After I hooked up the water for the ice cube maker water dispenser found it had a hole in one of the plastic water tubes running along the back. The warranty guy came and fixed the leak. So far so good. Note the refrigerator is not energy star rated but I think that when it is it makes the fridge really expensive. The fridge was a bit more expensive than the older fashioned style but worth it. Also the delivery guys forgot to take out a piece of styrofoam that was where the charcoal filter is supposed to go. The factory really packs it in there and I called the help line for whirlpool and they walked me through it to get it out. Other than that the fridge works great so far. Salesman said expect fridge to work 7 years, but I am hoping for 20. Which goal should we route for? Let me know your thoughts.

I’m enjoying my Whirlpool refrigerator. There is plenty of room for all of my groceries. I love the second shelf that slides back for extra space. At level 3, it keeps everything at just the right temperature. I tried the freezer on level 3 but had to increase to level 4. I noticed my ice cream was soft and once I increased the level, it was at the right temperature. It fit perfectly in my space. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would certainly recommend this product. Just keep in mind I purchased on 6/23/22 and it was delivered on 7/7/22.

Fits perfect in my condo kitchen. Runs quietly, love the water dispenser on the door. Only downside is there is not a lot of shelf space, distance from bottom of one shelf to the top of the next, in the fridge we have to lay down taller items that do not fit on the doors. That being said I would still purchase it again.

The salesman at Best Buy was excellent. I love the refrigerator. It was small enough to fit the space in my townhome without taking up a lot of floor space. I was able to get it without any delays and the delivery men were excellent. I would highly recommend this refrigerator for anyone who has a small kitchen. I love the bottom freezer and the fact that it has a water dispenser but not an outside ice dispenser.

This small-ish fridge is well designed and holds a lot of food. It's been running like a champ, cooling quickly and efficiently. I don't use a lot of ice, so I like that the in door dispenser is for water only. It's also a lot less messy than the ice dispensers that tend to shoot ice cubes all over the floor if you remove your glass a nanosecond too soon. The finish is fairly resistant to fingerprints as well. So far I'm very pleased.

We went from a 25 cubic feet side by side to this smaller cubic feet bottom freezer fridge. I feel we have more room in this one! The refrigerator is beautiful, I like the adjustable shelves in the door and also being able to create a taller space on the middle shelf inside the fridge to store milk and other taller items. Lots of room in bottom freezer and the freezer has actual bins not baskets. I like the smaller added features of the air filters and the vegetable preserver. I’ve had celery chopped up in the veggie drawer for over two weeks and it’s still good and crunchy!

The height is perfect and the width was what we needed for our small condo. The shelf heights are not efficient regarding bottle storage and tall products. We end up utilizing the door shelves for the milk and filtration pitchers. The depth is great because it offers enough space without having to reach past an arms length. The shelves are all very sturdy. I love the whole bottom in one long drawer. And the fact that there are three drawers is great. One for fruits one for veggies and one for cold cuts and cheeses. The freezer is great because it is split in two so no wasted space. We can push back the top drawer that holds the ice and the frozen veggies. The meats are safely stored in the bottom drawer. Love it. Thisbosbabgreat fridge.

I love this refrigerator, it is very spacious. I like all the different compartments because it makes it easier to separate the groceries. It moves easily and keeps everything cold.
