The fridge is great, however, it has a known issue of being off balance. Had the Best Buy tech team come out twice to level it and couldn't. It still looks ridiculously crooked in the refrigerator nook.

Nice refrigerator, but disappointed with the big dent in the front door. Called customer service and he basically told me it was out of his hands because I picked the refrigerator up from the store instead of getting it delivered.

The refrigerator itself is terrific, if a bit noisy. It’s Best Buy’s service that really earns the single star. They have damaged not one but TWO refrigerators. For the second replacement, they offered a $150 BB gift card. Seriously.

Once we got it all set up, hot the humidifier drawer replaced, and water line replaced we are very pleased with our refrigerator.

Very difficult to level this fridge. First Best Buy team said it couldn't be done. Had to schedule a second team a week later and they spent an hour trying to get it level. It was okay when they left but two weeks later the fridge started to look crooked again. Also one of the doors squeaks. Other than that, the fridge is fine.

This fridge is beautiful! The ice cubes are even perfect and bite sized. The ice filled up fast, which will be great for keeping up in the summer. I’m totally in love! It’s quiet, fits everything with lots of room, the light inside is plenty bright. I just love it!

The door handles are not even from each other even after adjustment from geek squad. The shelves / drawers are not very durable. Door shelf got a crack in it the first day as I bumped it putting things into refrigerator. The refrigerator has a cosmetic flaw on top right corner of door that looks like it came from the manufacturer that way. Obviously no quality control at manufacturer.

Was told fridge would fit.

When I purchased this refrigerator, I was told it would fit, I gave accurate measurements of the space it would go into. When it was delivered, and did NOT fit, the delivery men refused to take it back, and told me the floor moulding would have to be removed for it to fit. After having the moulding removed, and pushing the fridge in the space, the freezer door would not open, as it was too tight in the space, so I went back to order a smaller fridge. When the new fridge came, the delivery men could not get the first fridge out, for it to be replaced with the new one. The second delivery person just drove off, and the third delivery person failed to get the refrigerator out.

Lite & brite . water and ice dispenser perfect , better than older model

Fridge arrived with no call before delivery. Fridge was damaged. I called to reschedule, I was told that someone will contact me but nothing happened. I then called and was told that a 10% reward will be given to me for the inconvenience. A gift card was issued for 25 dollars that has to be used within a very short period of time.
I’m very disappointed and very concerned that I will not get a good service installing water pipe or if something goes wrong with the fridge.

Quality control must have been off, because there is no way on earth this is a quality product. There is grease in the drawer, scratches throughout, chipped plastic, and visible glue. The water feature is poorly made, so unless you want to wipe up water every time you use the feature, don’t bother because it leaks down the front of the door. I purchased this as brand new fridge out of the box (not scratch and dent).
