Doesn’t affect the use. But they are there 2 are not real noticeable an 1 is

I have a half of a cow in there and all my chicken and everything... it is brand new and it is already not working. Lost probably $2000 or more. Went to put some meat in yesterday and all was warm. NOT GOOD!!!! Best Buy leaders acted like they didn’t care loading it so hopefully something happens because like I said. $2000 out the door in meat and $800 for the unit that almost $3000 I have nothing to show for as I type this wonderful review!

This is the worst appliance ever boughten.

Now Best Buy said they can not order a new one because they were in great demand. They have not really been professional about this purchase. What is funny is I have told other people to go to Best Buy because they are great to work with. We will go else where from now on. The worst part is they took our money so they probably will never order us one. Not happy!

I bought a freezer, it had to stay in garage for a couple weeks until remodel was finished. Upon opening, noticed a dent in the side. Offered to send a photo showing freezer was half opened and still in plastic / cardboard . very friendly representative said there was absolutely nothing that can be done outside of 15 days. Disappointing.

Poorly constructed unit

My last freezer, by comparison, lasted almost 10 years. When I requested the Geek Squad assess for repair, it was over $800 to replace the door. Poorly constructed unit.

WOW!! 4 Years Old and Still running!!

I keep it in my garage and live in SoCal so it definitely gets a workout too. Its been full since day 1. True workhorse. Nice to see there is still solid appliances out there.

Greatest Freezer in the market!

It could hold a lot. It's really user-friendly. You can pretty much start without learning much from the manual. The motor runs quietly, which is great, not adding much noise to a lab environment.

We will definitely be back to see him for future purchases! Our freezer was delivered and the guys who brought it were also friendly and efficient. The freezer is huge and will hold a ton of food! Extremely happy with our purchase and our experience at the Watertown Best Buy!
