The Kenmore we had decided to stop working after five years, so we had to scramble to find a new fridge that would meet our height requirement. Of the few options available to us, this was the best choice due to overall capacity and a few other features we were looking for (for example, I prefer a side-by-side design). PROS: We like the fingerprintless finish. The water filter compartment is easy to access. The shelves on the door on the fridge side are adjustable. CONS: The exterior dispenser is all black, but the photos online (not just on from Best Buy, but everywhere) show a black top and stainless steel body. I also think it’s strange that the water and ice come out of two different dispensers (our Kenmore had one dispenser, and was tall enough to fit a water bottle). The photo of the bottom shelf of the fridge door shows a clear shelf but ours is a solid white. The doors don’t beep if you keep them open for too long. The shelves on the inside of the fridge and freezer are not adjustable. The overall design of the freezer side is terrible - our Kenmore had the ice maker in the door so there was more shelf space (and what am I supposed to put in that tiny shelf in the freezer door?!). I’m not confident about the capacity on the fridge side either, but will have a better idea of what’s possible when I finally restock the fridge (and freezer). And finally, the design of the feet allows for a little movement when you open the doors. It’s more obvious when it’s empty, but the deliver guy warned us there may be a teeny bit of movement even when it’s full. So in summary, I think this fridge works if it’s for an individual or couple. If you have more than two mouths to feed and don’t have the space restrictions we have, don’t buy this fridge.

My choices were limited because of the need for a shorter than normal refrigerator but this seems like a good choice. The things I don't like about it are that it runs noticeably louder than my previous refrigerator and the temperature control is fairly limited (there aren't enough levels so I'm stuck with either slightly too warm or slightly too cold). The interior also feels kind of cheaply made - the plastic coating the back seems really thin & one of the shelves already pushed through exposing the insulation. The biggest pluses are the lighting and the wire can shelf in the door is a nice space saver.

I recently purchased a refrigerator from the Best Buy Outlet, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The price was unbeatable, and the refrigerator is a perfect fit for my home. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, What stood out most was how seamless the whole process was. I felt valued as a customer and genuinely welcomed. I was instantly approved for Credit what makes me feel so much more a part of the Best Buy family. It’s rare these days to find a company that not only delivers a great product but also makes the buying experience enjoyable. This purchase happened on the Fourth of July, and I can honestly say it was the “Big Bang” of the day for me and my boo—it made the holiday even more special. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Best Buy Outlet, for excellent service, a fantastic deal, and a product that makes me smile every time I open it. I’m proud to be part of the Best Buy family!

This was the only refrigerator that would fit into my kitchen space, and I'm thrilled that it's a Whirlpool! The finish is just as described, no need for stainless steel cleaner, easy to clean. The refrigerator is very large with many drawers and compartments. The freezer is a bit small, but the ice maker/water dispenser is great. I'm happy after the problems with my old one.

This fridge so far has been pretty good. A few gripes on it. First, the door are off centered. At first I thought it might be a defect or I accidentally installed the handles by mistake... but after I went back to the store to ask about it, I noticed all the LG models had the same issue. (Doesn’t affect the fridge) Second, the right door swings open pretty wildly. It almost feels like the door is going to potentially snap off. I’ve just gotten accustomed to helping the door swing open. Another issue that seems to be a normal thing when I went back to the store to compare. Since the right door has shelves where you can add about two 2 gallon milks, it swinging wildly when you open the door scares me a bit. Other than the two issues, I’ve had this fridge for a few months and has been great. Ice maker makes ice like it suppose to. And everything else is fine

After 18 years of use by two previous owners and myself my old Kenmore Elite broke down. What a great excuse to get a new one. Due to the space in my kitchen I was limited to a certain size (mainly height) and style of refrigerator. Only neagtive is the humming sound if you’re listening for it, but we are so use to our old refrigerator making insane noises that it really doesnt bother me and honestly its not that loud. The refrigerator side is perfect and has more than enough space for my small family. The freezer side also has great space for our needs. Set up was easy. Was able to get it nice and leveled and the doors leveled to one another. I love that it has three drawers and the door shelves have so much space. Overall Im very happy with my purchase and it does what its intended to do … keep food cold and frozen. If youre looking for a budget friendly refrigerator and have limited space, and appealing looks this is the one to get!

I like this fridge only it fits my space perfect only con I have found so far is the water/ice dispenser area could be a little bigger to accommodate bigger bottles and the ice maker could produce ice a little faster. Great price point I got on sale and open box

As mentioned in other’s reviews…uneven doors. Also freezer spaces do not fit a 9x11 pan…limited space in my kitchen prohibited a larger model. BUT, a pizza does fit on its side (unlike a Frigidaire model).

This was one of the few refrigerators that fit perfectly into the space. It looks great, and the fresh filtered water is as cold as ice and so refreshing. Gallon milk containers can fit on the top shelf or the door. It was a great buy, and the installers were on time and cleaned up after installing it and connecting the water line.

The refrigerator isn't to bad, it's smaller then I expected, I wouldn't recommend this fridge for a family of 3 or more, with this fridge I'm back to doing weekly shopping instead of every 2 weeks I'd recommend this fridge for a 2 person house hold nothing more Freezer is small, the shelves aren't adjustable so how they come is how you have to keep it A gallon of milk barely fits the top shelf and for a half gallon it scraps the top so you have to place it in the door I needed a fridge ASAP and best buy had the best quick fix option, ordered on Wednesday and had it Friday. A lot of other stores had bad orders till sept & Oct I couldn't wait

I love this fridge! It took me a while to choose one, but i think i chose the right one for my kitchen. I love that the freezer is on the upper part of the fridge and the ice dispenser is on the outside. The refrigerator is on the smaller side, so it fits perfectly in my small kitchen. It is surprisingly big on the inside. There's a lot of room on the inside door. It fits gallon jugs, and all sorts of bottle sizes, so that frees up a lot the space on the shelves. The only con is the freezer size, but with good organizational skills you can store your frozen items with no issues.

Needed to replace the GE fridge that stopped after 7yrs. Unfortunately due to the supply chain issue, this was the only fridge available that could fit in our space. The Fridge section is average but the shelves are not adjustable and they do not pull out. The Fridge door shelves have ample space and are adjustable, but they are plastic and less secure . The freezer section is small as the space is poorly designed due to the placement of the ice maker. Based on looks the fridge is very sleek but it's just a basic fridge.

This model and brand of refrigerator is exceptional. The water and ice in the door is so easy to use and i prefer it to having to open the freezer or refrigerator every time you want ice and water. It runs very quietly and keeps a steady temperature. Best of all was the delivery service and installation. They did everything and we didn't have to touch anything. They also hauled off the old one for us. The stainless steel is so nice and does not show fingerprints. This was the perfect size for the space in our kitchen.

The fridge does its job, fits in a tighter space and does give a nice sturdy supply of ice. However the shelves are definitely NOT adjustable as advertised and I feel they are at kind of odd levels. The largest space is on the top shelf and a half gallon of milk barely fits in there, needs to be pushed in tightly. I know it advertises to be able to keep gallons in the door, however everyone knows you're not supposed to keep milk in the door. Also, the actual depth on the shelves on the door are so short, I'm always afraid anything tall (2 liter bottles, bottle of wine) will fall right out when opened. And there is no other option for tall items. I'm glad my kids are older or they wouldn't be able to reach the milk at the top. Speaking of teenagers, the water dispenser is constantly being used here and after just about every use, there is water dripping down the front of the fridge. The drip tray basically does nothing, the angle/spot of the water dispenser should have been researched a little more. I'm basically wiping down the front of the refrigerator every time I walk by it. I don't have any issues with the quality of the fridge, happy with that, but the functionality of it is not ideal.

Very clean and sleek looking product. A little on the small side but it’s one of a few fridges that would fit in the pre made space in my kitchen. Very happy with the look and function of it though. The ice maker tends to make a bit of a mess (especially with crushed ice).

I bought the black one and it is awful. Scratch’s all over and swirl marks that will never come off. Horrible finish. The water dispenser is right on the edge so it pours water all over the front. You can move the shelves. You can’t put anything tall in it. Bottle of wine, tall water bottles, nothing unless you remove shelves. Which I had too, because they don’t have the “slots” all the way up the side. Huge gap on the for, no adjustments. Just dumb. It’s noisy, poorly built jStickers all over the top of it telling you how to remove the doors, inside too. Super tiny freezer. I live by myself and this fridge will barely be enough. Last fridge same size, had plenty of room. So frustrating . Can’t take a fridge back once you unpack it, just stuck with it. The plastic cover they put on it is put on before they glue the cover sheet, so all the plastic won’t come off. Just a horrible product.
