I dont know who assembled this fridge but the quality control is horrible. As mentioned on the other reviews the quality is bad. The doors does not sit straight nor line up to each other. Also has a annoying continuous clicking noise around the bottom by the compressor. The fridge has been plugged with the water line for 24hr to cycle the ice but it has made 2 ice cube only. When taking delivery on the product and plugged in the delivery guy said we had a bad fridge and reported it. Was supposed to get a call back but never did from best buy. Bad service on best buy end. I got a bad fridge sitting in my kitchen now and nothing has been done yet from best buy. I thought whirlpool was a quality brand name product but I guess not. Buyers beware when ordering this product.

Terrible!!! First one delivered and set up and ice machine didn’t work! Returned and replaced it, they set it up and door didn’t make a tight seal! They replaced it! Now not even a year old and ice machine making ice but won’t dispense it! Water leaks every fill and runs down fridge (stained)

Like the adjustable shelves on the door but wish regular shelves were adjustable.

The refrigerator is absolutely great! I love how well it runs. Best buy not only installed it, but removed the old one for me as well. It came with a bonus gift card. Absolutely thrilled with my purchase.

I just bought this refrigerator in March 2025 and fits just right in the space for it. The only problem is that it rolls when opening either door. Raised the front to the max but still rolls. There are NO foot stops to stop it from rolling. I am using a small carpet to keep it from rolling when a door is opened. The next problem is the ice and water dispenser. They should be side by side, not one over the other. When you try to get ice it keeps tripping the water dispenser. If you ask me I would not recommend this refrigerator for the above problems.

We love this fridge! As empty nesters, we downsized to the smaller fridge, which takes some time to get used to, but the overall design and capacity are perfect! The fridge is lovely in our space, which my wife loves, and I am a huge fan of the external ice and water dispenser rocks.

Very nice fridge, efficient cooling and nice to look at. Had it for about a month, and things are running smoothly.

Great refridgerator so far. Replaced an extremely old 20+ year old refrigerator. It seems pretty roomy for the for size. Only gripe is like with most is the uneven doors.

Was excited for this purchase and I had a terrible delivery expensive including them not removing all protective skin. The fridge makes loud motor noises. My fridge is NOT level and wobbles. The doors are also not aligned properly; one door is higher than the other. Drawers do not move easily and tend to get bound up.

I got this because my old fridge stopped making ice, except a large mass in the bottom. This one started ice within a couple of hours, and they’re real cubes. There’s a little less room in the freezer, but I’ll take the trade. Plenty of space on the refrigerator side. I’m very pleased with it.

The refrigerator runs very quietly and is perfect. Thanks to the staff at Best Buy.

Love this refrigerator, It has good shelf space in the fridge part but it is slightly lacking in space on the freezer side. This doesn’t bother us because we have a separate chest freezer.

Freezer little small. But great so far, 3rd party install sucks. They damaged the back side bring it in. Front wheels do adjust for leveling.

Unfortunately i have a wall on the left side of the refrigerator so it’s very difficult to access the freezer but overall it worked wonderfully. The ice and water dispenser works great! I’m glad that I can open the fridge and get water at the same time. It stores a lot of food. Overall good design. Wish they make one without handles sticking out

It’s a very nice refrigerator I love it it was the right fit I needed to fit my and my family needs especially with little one last the handprint resistant is especially what I needed thank you Best Buy for helping me choose this refrigerator

Very happy with the purchase, it works very well, especially the ice dispenser, and it fits well in the space.

Super satisfied with my new refrigerator it fits perfectly in the space and works like a dream hopefully this one will last longer than the previous one.

We had excellent team remove and load our new refrigerator. They called half hour before and were right on time. They were polite and professional handling the refrigerator and applying the water for ice maker. We were impressed with their service and have had terrible service with others to do work for us.They renewed our view of this generation.
