I love my new refrigerator, much more room then what I'm use too. Sooo quite. Love the ice and water in the door. Keeps everything nice and cold with even more room in the door. Thank you Best Buy

I am very happy with this refrigerator i purchased. Fits perfectly in the space in my kitchen.

Had this fridge for about a month. It is small but perfect for just the two of us. Not happy with Best Buy service. Communication & service was poor until after my 6th visit and getting management involved. It took over 2 months to arrive and the be installation company tried everything in their power to just leave the fridge uninstalled in my dining room. That was unacceptable!! I grabbed a ladder & headed to the basement & lifted EVERY ceiling tile in myself until “I” found the water shutoff valve. Bottom line: fridge is good service is poor

Really like our new refrigerator, oven and oven vent.

Pretty, but much smaller than the images show and there’s no way to stabilize it from rolling because it has 4 wheels rather than 2 wheels and 2 stabilizers. Also lots of dirt and lubricant all over inside, and some type of hardened residue that won’t come off from manufacturing of the door shelves.

I’m very happy with my new whirlpool refrigerator. So far it has been great. It is well lit inside and it is easy to clean.

Love the look, features and affordability of this Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator/freezer!

Great refrigerator! Some drawers are difficult to open at times, but overall I am very happy with this purchase.

We picked up our refrigerator and unpacked it when we got home. There is a large dent and paint missing on the outside panel on the freezer side. The bottom drawer will not level at all. Sorely disappointed.

We were limited by the measurements around our cabinets. We love the look of this refrigerator, but space wise it is still a stuggle for a family of 3. Trying to get used to best way to utilize the space. Top shelf will NOT fit a 2 liter bottle and some milk gallons, depending on brand are too tall (very annoying) its advertised as having a spot for milk in the door, but that is the worst place to store milk as items stored in the door do not stay as cold.

I needed a refrigerator that would fit in my small kitchen. This fits perfect and I just love the color.

This is a wonderful wonderful refrigerator I like the icemaker the light on the door plenty of space in the freezer and in the refrigerator it was a great buy I like my whirlpool

Looks nice. Keeps everything cold in both fridge & freezer sections. Water and ice maker works good so far. Only had for about two weeks now.

Best Buy dropped the ball delivery took 3 times before the got it right even tho one day was due to weather they never communicated to me they canceled my delv finally get delivered and the doors are uneven and they water maker part leaks water all with the first 12hrs of the fridge being in my home and I’m not even sure if the ice maker worker the Manuel said it takes 24hrs for it to produce ice needless to say I’m going back to the store tomm and speaking to a manager I spend good money at bestbuy but the dropped the ball all the way around with this

Just bought it. Haven’t used it often. Didn’t move in. It seems good. Like the rushed ice. Happy with the unit. However, the door handles are uneven and cannot be adjusted.

I love the ice maker and the water filter. The water tastes clean and as an avid drinker of water I know how quality water tastes. Spacious on both sides as well and really gives my home a wholesome look.

The ice and water tray should have a tray underneath it to catch the water and ice otherwise it falls and hits the floor it is very messy.

I love the fact that you have the best filters to find and confirm that a fridge will fit in the opening size that you give it. If it worked properly. This fridge came up as will fit in the opening measurement that you provided. I like the live chat option, but I asked her several times if there was this exact appliance at a Best Buy that i could make sure that it fit. I asked her more than once, and she just ignored it. I'll attach screen shots of some of the chat. Several times she wouldn't answer my questions, and then say, ok can i put the order in for you. This went on for a while. Anyway, the delivery guys showed up in a timely manner, and were the best appliance delivery team I've ever met. I don't like ordering things like this online, and this is exactly why. This fridge was for a customer of mine, and because 30 to 40 years ago the fridge openings were smaller, and a lot have cabinets surrounding them on top and both sides. The fridge was 3/4 of an inch too big. I was supposed to be there to make sure that the delivery went well and that the waterline was connected. The next thing that she screwed up was charging for a plastic 1/4 line to connect the water to it. I told her that the waterline was already there with the right fitting. The delivery came mid morning, and i had other places to go that day. I didn't leave her house until almost 7pm. I had to plane and sand a floor to ceiling cabinet edge on 1 side, and the wall cabinet on the other side. I also had to cut her counter back 1/2 inch. She was really upset and I had to deal with several panic attacks that she was having because of this. . Normally she uses a family owned appliance business, but they didn't have 1, and her old one, the door wouldn't stay shut. I don't shop at best buy a lot, but i always check your prices on major appliances. Plus my daughter's laptops, printer, ink when she needs it. I am not happy about what happened, and i did the right thing and didn't charge her for what turned out to be a fuul day. You should really train your live chat people, because i will never use it on your site again.
